とても快適でした。
Pros:

深夜もフロントにはスタッフが常駐しておりオーロラ観賞からの帰りでドアを開けて欲しい時も、早朝のチェックアウトもスムーズでした。お部屋は気温にもよりますが、暖房をつけなくても十分暖かいですし、電子レンジもあり不便は無かったです。3階にレストランがあり朝食で利用しましたが空いていてすぐに利用できましたし、オムレツは野菜も入っていて美味しかったです。

Good location for my purposes, but bed comfort needs some improvement
Pros:

Gets the job done.
Pros:

Stayed here in March in the main building. The location is really good. Just a 10 min walk from the main downtown area, 15 min walk from the Dettah Ice Road. My room was big and at a good temperature. Bed was soft. Clean where it needs to be clean. Nothing made me disgusted. I liked the restaurant inside: Wing Freak. It was a quiet and warm place to just eat at your own place.

Cons:

Some wear and tear. Wi-fi was sometimes spotty. There was only one outlet near the bed and it was somewhat awkward to get to because the bedside table was in the way. It would've been nice to have a luggage rack to lay your luggage on. The shower was just a shower head, no handheld wand. My key card had some issues.

Amazing. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again, no worries.
Pros:

To start with the shuttle service from the airport was a great touch from Nova, speed at other Nova hotels also. The room we had was a King room, Lot of space, the bed was amazing, slept like a log, the shower was amazing, good pressure. Temperature was set actually within. Was a great location and we basically walked everywhere, uptown, old town, supermarket close by, eateries.

Cons:

The only negative was the exterior of the building as you enter needs some repair but must cope a hammering during those -30 to -40 degree days. Some staff were not that friendly. The young lady we had a check-in was very nice and the security guard that processed ùs at check-out was also very helpful.

Good option for Yellowknife
Pros:

Great location, the staff is very helpful and attentive, we request a change in room and it went smoothly. All tour operators know this hotel so it's super easy to arrange for tours and taxi pick ups from this location. It's also walking distance (15-20 min) from YK's "old town" and from grocery shopping.

Cons:

The hotel is a little bit old and it shows, the mini fridge was a little too noisy at nights, and the bathtub and sink were slow to drain water (sign of water blockage in the pipes). I found the bed very comfortable, but for my partner, who suffers from back pain issues, the super soft mattresses of this hotel were a torture. This last point could be an issue just for some people though, not for your average guest.

Nice beds, don't hold your breath and expect anything more.
Pros:

Beds where clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

Everything looks run down, dirty carpets, old mismatched and patched up bathroom decora (floors and tiling just patched with what ever was left over).
Wifi wouldn't connect.
