The staff are wonderful.
Pros:

Fatima 、Jagjeet These two were so kind and really went out of their way to help us. Thank you so much! Thanks to them, we were able to see the aurora.

Cons:

The room we were shown at first had a bad smell. However, once we mentioned it, they responded immediately and arranged a different room, so we’re satisfied.

Generally good. Tours were able to find it and staff were so friendly and helpful.

The pictures In the room were a bit creepy. Last morning thr power went out. It came back on but side with TV went out again but I was already checking out. The walls are a bit thin, can hear the party going on next door but they had the nerve to tel security that my tv volume was too loud.

Pros:

Friendly staff and corrected their mistake with our booking.

Cons:

We booked three adults and were given a room with only one bed (no sofa bad). I have to pay extra for a cot.
I also found an opened bottle of vodka (partially filled) under the couch cushion. Worst was the room smelled like cigarette and my wife has asthma.

Overall very good.
Pros:

Location was good, in downtown core. Did not eat breakfast on site.

Cons:

TV remote needed new batteries, was not checked.

Pleasantly surprised. I was worried since the price was so low, but was clean and safe.
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. The location was convenient.

Cons:

Thin walls and able to hear a lot of noise from other rooms. It was difficult for my co-worker to sleep.
