It was ok but had a muxh nicer stay at Hilton home 2 suites
Pros:

The homemade donuts were great but the eggs were disgusting.

Cons:

Elevators were run down. Limited cleaning of rooms. As much as we are charged the room should be cleaned everyday.

The Waterpark, the tavern

Cons:

I was surprised when the desk clerk told me they would be charging my card of $100.00 for incidentals and that it could take up to 2 weeks to refund the amount? Most hotels put a hold on an amount.
I am not sure why this hotel would potentially take 2 weeks though to refund?
Not impressed.

Facilities were just ok and the place is getting a little tired.
Pros:

Room was clean, comfortable bed, the attached water park was very fun for kids of all ages

Cons:

The breakfast buffet could have been a bit better, paper plates and plastic utensils were a miss considering what we paid for the room. Water park was too crowded and incredibly noisy. Entry to the water park should be included with the room.

convenient location for the conference. Staff at the tavern were great.

Cons:

Quite dated. Odd mix of professionals there for the conference and children running around wet from the water park.
