Puri Saron Senggigi Hotel

Thank you so much for your lovely friendly service. The room is so big, lots of great space & the view from the room was good. Clean room everyday it was nice thank you. 5 nights stay was perfect!

The hotel is well located and is a good deal, having everything you could ask for. The proximity to the beach is awesome and the nearby beach is clean. There is a nice pool. Breakfast is good and service very pleasant. The AC was very nice and cool providing for a good night sleep. The only drawback were the various weekend conferences, sales weekend one and some Christian revival (in predominantly Muslim island) week two. Both were loud and disruptive, although I guess it is a small inconvenience. The people are very tolerant and accomodating. I would be back and recommend this place.

La partie extérieure de l’hôtel est très jolie, jardins, piscine, architecture... mais les chambres sont vieillottes et de mauvais goût
La salle de bain est mal entretenue, la porte ne semble pas finie...
Le restaurant est froid et la nourriture y est chère par rapport à ce qu’on peut trouver ailleurs
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas très bons à part les œufs très bien cuisinés
Le personnel est en revanche très serviable et adorable !
La plage devant à un bar restaurant associatif qui se crée dont les jeunes auteurs sont très sympa Nous souhaitons bonne chance à ce projet

very large hotel nice staff nice rooms

As always the staff make us feel really welcome. They are always helpful and it is nice that we no each other by name.

Quite nice place to rest. Beach is not the best. Cheap taxi can drive you to better beaches. Good value for this money.

My experience at this hotel was the worst I could have. Although the room looked good the bathroom smelled horrible and the pipe was broken, so the floor was completely wet. When I left for half an hour for breakfast and came back, I found they cleaned the room (although I did not put the sign on the door for it, or leave the key at reception). I saw that my backpack was open and immediately counted the money I had in a special case and saw that some of it was missing. I went to the police and the staff denied everything, I was fortunate enough to get back the money I payed for three additional nights, but lost the stolen money.

the hotel was fine food basic the hotel needs updating English very limited hard to communicate
but the staff were very friendly . cheap hotel but fine if you want cheap hotel.

Bungalow kamers zijn heel net en mooi met prachtig hemelbed. Vrij rustig, zelfs in het hoogseizoen. Bij momenten was het zwembad vrijwel privé.

it was a bit scary and it was quite far from the center of senggigi tourism area

Stay 2 night only... traditional Indonesia style hotel.big room ..need to improve the room utilities .nice restaurant with good cook and pool view. .the pool also clean.,.staff service need to improve.wifi only on the lobby and restaurant

Wonderful, cozy and quiet. Although walking on the beach was not that great. We do have somethingto share thou. On arrival we gave and the staff said, they do not have room for us. Then we should or booking document and they checked for sometime and said no booking..they checked again and with that document they gave us a room but not a seaview room. They said they do not have a sea view room for deluxe. Fnally we paid slightly more to get a better room (chalet) by the pool. We liked the friendly staff.

Verry Nice rooms!

Great staff lovely pool for our daughter who is three. A little out if town however the walk is not far. We didn't spend much time in the motel we used this as a base to look at Lombok and the islands.
