Pros:

O hotel é moderno, um ótimo restaurante. O estacionamento, embora aparentemente terceirizado é ótimo. Deixamos nosso carro lá por 28 dias. O custo muito bom. E encontramos o carro lavado.

Apenas as instalações do banheiro, especialmente o box, estão envelhecidas, os rejuntamento já encardidos, precisando de manutenção

Funcionários pedindo para sair de determinadas áreas em comum por estar recebendo hóspedes que são celebridades (a gerente nos pediu para sair do mezanino pois ela iria apagar a luz sendo que era horário do mezanino estar aberto). Mezanino tb ficou fechado pelo mesmo motivo depois disso e as gerentes agiram de maneira deselegante com os outros hóspedes achando que iríamos “atrapalhar” os hóspedes (celebridade).
No check-in foi feito mas demorou 1 hora para entramos no quarto porque o hotel estava todo voltado para as celebridades, mas o Leonardo foi atencioso e nos permitiu fazer o checkout às 14h para compensar.
No mais, o hotel é bom.

Pros:

La situation est idéale. L'hôtel est placé tout proche de la plage Curva da Jurema et du shopping Vitoria. Le personnel très accessible et sympathique. Très propre.
