According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. Não gostei o fato de na piscina não haver ninguém para atender. É necessario chamar alguém do bar do térreo e os drinks vem de lá, o que demora. Além disto, começou a escurecer e eu tive que sair da piscina e encontrar os interruptores para acender a luz

Minha estadia no Sheraton superou as minhas expectativas. Além de uma estrutura física diferenciada, o hotel conta com uma equipe altamente profissional e de notável gentileza. Registro, em especial, meu agradecimento ao atendimento da recepção, prestado por Andressa e Lucas; à impecável arrumação do quarto, realizada por Adelma; ao atencioso serviço do restaurante, por Alexandro e Janaína; ao cuidadoso atendimento na piscina, por Luizinho; e ao eficiente serviço de quarto, prestado por Graziele. Todos demonstraram elevado profissionalismo, aliado a uma gentileza verdadeiramente singular. Espero ter a satisfação de reencontrá-los em futuras oportunidades.

Não houve qualquer aspecto que me desagradasse. Registro apenas a sugestão de que sejam incluídas opções de alimentos diet entre as disponibilizadas no próprio apartamento, bem como no café da manhã.
