Pros:

E un hotel vecchia scuola meravigliosa. Speriamo che non cambiano niente. La vista del Mekong è mozzafiata, le camere ben fatte, il cibo buono e la colazione seduta proprio sul fiume è indimenticabile. Devono solo non mettere la musica per lasciare i clienti godere del posto.

Pros:

メコン川沿いで、施設内でもビュースポットが沢山あり、穏やかな時間を楽しめた。
スタッフも皆が親切で、心地よかった。最終日、空港に向かう際にLOCAが手配できず、現金も持ち合わせず困っていたところSIMONさんが手配くださり、支払いなども助けてくださった。おかげで無事帰国でき、本当に助かった。

Cons:

強いて言うなら繁華街から離れることですが、Ebikeや LOCAを使えば全く困りません。静かに過ごせて良いと思います。

Beautiful hotel and location, that would deserve an upgraded management on some matters

Hotel architecture and garden are really a beautiful spot along the Mekong river, breathtaking views and sceneries
Location is great for quiet and relaxing time, just 15 min away from Luang Prabang center by Tuk Tuk

Breakfast was ok but not at the level of such a beautiful hotel. New year heve dinner food buffet was excellent

Cons:

We were there for New Year night and chose the New Year eve dinner set which was marketed with leaflets in the room, advertising wonderful dinner with Champagne and fireworks for a certain price. Before confirming I double checked the reception staff that a glass of champagne was included, as per illustrated on the leaflet. The staff was not aware and checked with their marketing team. Then I was said there was no champagne nor beverage included in the price... Then I said the leaflet was just misleading... They checked again and told me there was no champagne available, but free flow wine instead! So I confirmed our reservation for this special dinner of the year. When we came later to our table, I was proposed a list of wines and beverages, not free... When I argued I was told about free flow wine when I booked, I was explained that it was a misunderstanding and I would have to take another package for that, which was not mentioned anywhere!
That's what I call a pure misleading advertising, that I am not expecting from this kind of 5 stars hotel.
This does not change our positive feelings on our stay, but this kind of marketing for special events is not acceptable, and some staff members should also be streched to a higher level of service.
Rooms are also a bit old with noise from other rooms

Gute Unterkunft aber viel zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Mekong. Dei Rezeption hat für alles gebucht was wir wollten.

Cons:

Diese Unterkunft war für uns zu weit von Luang Prabang Zentrum entfernt dadurch würden wir nicht nochmals buchen.
