Great location next to the park. My son enjoyed playing with dogs that owner allowed to play with and my son enjoyed playing at the playground. Bus station, ice creamery and bunch of restaurants next to the hotel.

Location was excellent with so many nice restaurants within walking distance. Also the park across the street was lovely. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We also had a nice meal at the restaurant in the hotel. I recommend.
Location was close to numerous Roma restaurants and a very short walk to the metro bus which gave us easy access to Historico Centro. A pleasant neighborhood to walk around. King bed was very comfortable. All staff were very helpful. Room very clean. Aircon worked well. Great fresh muffins for breakfast.

Location was ideal for exploring Roma Norte; plenty of great restaurants, cafes and shops around to explore. Also makes it convenient place for taxis and ubers to pick up and drop off. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
It's a VERY standard and average hotel which is maybe one star higher advertised than it actually was. I found the bedding incredibly paper thin that I had to request an additional blanket just to "feel" like I had something over me in bed. Found the lighting in the bathroom to be bad or otherwise dated. Also when you're in a location with some of the finest restaurants and cafes in the city; the hotel's restaurant REALLY needs to do more to stand out.
Great location in Roma Norte, availability, we appreciate the fact they let us to do early check in. The room was spacious. One lady in the reception really helped with some issue we had.
We experienced an issue with the safe in our room and contacted the staff multiple times for assistance. Each time, we were told that someone would come to help, but after waiting for about an hour with no one coming to our room, we decided not to leave our belongings in the safe and went out instead. When we later went down to reception to let them know we had managed on our own and no longer needed help, they didn’t seem to know what we were talking about.
Later that evening (around 8 pm), we asked for a bottle of water, but the receptionist told us they didn’t have any available. When I asked when the gonna have water, she said only the next morning. For a place at this price level, I would expect drinkable water to be available at all times.

Very good location. Our room overlooked Jardin Pushkin and had a great view. We got two queen beds that i had requested. Beds were comfortable and linen was clean. Housekeeping did the room each day.
Amenities in the room were short (not for two people) like coffee sachets, soaps. We had to make additional requests.
A wonderful step back in time. The Bellman wear the traditional suits, the lobby is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and best of all the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion I could make is to have mini bars in the rooms. But other than that, I enjoyed my stay at stanza very much!

Está muy obsoleto. Además el ruido de la calle, es insoportable, parece que durmieras en medio del tráfico. Y desde dentro de la habitación se oye todo a través de las paredes.
