I would probably stay once more after the remodel just to see if anything has improved.
Pros:

The location was close to the place I was visiting. The motel was close to food, gas, and shopping. The staff was friendly, and the entrance way was fairly clean; they were in the process of remodeling, so it was understandable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best I have seen for a continental breakfast; there was no staff in the "breakfast room" in case you had an issue. The floor in my room was not very clean; it looked as if the dirt had been swept under the air conditioner. The air conditioning unit was black in the vents ( I cleaned ours).

Not satisfied and won’t stay again or recommend but the staff were kind.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally kind and pleasant specifically at check in.

Cons:

The floor in our room was not clean dirt stuck to our bare feet. On the 2nd night there was some kind of power surge in our room and the lights and ac went out. Lights came back on AC did not and would not. When we got up to take shower and get ready for check out we did not have any hot water so we had cold showers. Notified staff when we checked out. The bedspread was stained yellow kind of gross. Coffee pots should NOT be in the bathroom. Not sanitary.

The room was good. The accessible bathroom was disgusting- moldy, dirty, leaking toilet. Asked to switch rooms and they wanted to charge us an extra forty five dollars.

Clean and affordable
Pros:

The lady at the front desk is great! Very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean I have stayed here 2 times and each time they are always cleaning. I don’t eat breakfast so not sure about that. The rooms are quiet and clean.
