Pros:

It was very clean and the Manager was very pleasant and helpful. Beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. It seems that several persons were long stays, as they were working on a site in the area...

Cons:

quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Very comfortable and quiet. Chrystal, the front desk staff, was very helpful. She helped when we had a car problem, and called when I left my umbrella in the room. Chrystal is a great asset to the Days Inn

I would stay again because of the location
Pros:

Great location, comfortable bed. Friendly Upbeat desk clerk

Cons:

Bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Grout is wide and dirty, no plug for tub and the resurfacing is wearing thin. Toilet seat too small and is wobbly and doesn’t cover the rim. Out of coffee in breakfast room and was told it takes 15 minutes to make… couldn’t wait

Ended pleasantly and staff were very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

There were a lot of unfinished items such as paint touch up and such. The room was so hot when we arrived on a hot day that it took over two hours to cool off all the while we were trying to get to sleep in a warm room. The air should be on when a client arrives.

Cons:

The finishing touches should not be left undone. It seems they would start another project before completely finishing the other. Make sure rooms are not hot and uncomfortable when people arrive. TV pictures were completely fuzzy.

Pros:

It was close to the location we were attending. We did like that it had no carpet in hotel. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that it was alright. Had a few blown bulbs in room.

I would probably stay once more after the remodel just to see if anything has improved.
Pros:

The location was close to the place I was visiting. The motel was close to food, gas, and shopping. The staff was friendly, and the entrance way was fairly clean; they were in the process of remodeling, so it was understandable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not the best I have seen for a continental breakfast; there was no staff in the "breakfast room" in case you had an issue. The floor in my room was not very clean; it looked as if the dirt had been swept under the air conditioner. The air conditioning unit was black in the vents ( I cleaned ours).
