Pleasant stay in a great location.

Excellent location, very clean and spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

It is right next to the mosque so every morning we were woken up around 5 am by the call to prayer. Good breakfast but, they don’t light the food warmers so the food is cold, which is a shame as they offer a good selection.

Prima hotel gezien prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Het personeel. De receptionist was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook tijdens het ontbijt werd op verzoek extra service verleend.

Nous avons séjourné à Sandakan car c’était proche de Sepilok ainsi, nous pouvions aller voir les ours Malais les orang-outan et Rainforest .
Proche d’un centre commercial basé essentiellement sur une population musulmane environ 5 mn a pied
Prévoir une tenue adéquate, moi j’avais un short, c’est bof!!
Depuis l’hôtel, 10 mn à pied vous pouvez aller à la maison et au musée de l’écrivaine Agnès Keith
Belle demeure coloniale avec un beau jardin bien entretenu et bon resto aussi
Je ne reviendrai jamais à Sandakan

Great value for the Sandakan and Sepilok area. Our room was large and filled with natural light. Clean, comfortable, with a large bathroom with bathtub, which was a bonus for me. The staff was nice and friendly, the breakfast was good, as well as the location.
