The hallways did not have air con and generally the building was old. Not at all to the point of being a problem but noticeable.

War länger als erst geplant im Hotel. Habe mir ein Upgrade mit Stadtblick gezogen und was soll ich sagen. 8. Stock und Ausblick über die Bucht und die Stadt. Sauber, geräumig, alles funktioniert, herrliche Warmwasser-Dusche. Leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Die günstigsten Zimmer nach hinten sind etwas kleiner und bieten eine Blick auf ein Sozialbau. Lieber einen 10er mehr investieren

Comfy and value stay.
Pros:

Everything were superb. From front desk welcoming and smooth check in to hotel rooms and room service all incredibly satisfied. The room service staffs even fold my clothes nicely and placed it neatly. The breakfast also suited my family's taste and variety of choice.

Cons:

Sabahan language gap. But is alright. I can tolerate with it all.

Pros:

El personal muy amable y pudimos dejar las mochilas antes del check-in, además, el check in fue unas horas más temprano de lo que era. No tenia moqueta la habitación e incluso nos preguntaron si preferíamos queen bed o individuales. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel y buena relación calidad-precio.

Buona soluzione ponte prima di partire per i tour in Sabah

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulito

Cons:

La zona non è molto turistica, bisogna spostarsi a piedi per arrivare al lungo mare e ad alcuni ristoranti. Struttura un po' spartana. Al check in c'è stata un po' di confusione con un altro ospite con un nome simile.

Very nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Bright clean room with rear view on to the forest. Mosque nearby but the call for prayer was pleasant and melodic rather than a cacophony. Comfortable twin beds, adequate storage space and clean bathroom. Kettle, cups and tea/coffee provided. Excellent breakfast. Good wi-fi. Early check in permitted although price of 50 MAR was a bit steep. Free luggage storage while we went on Kinabatangan river trip. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront and close to Agnes Keith house. Good aircon.

Cons:

Standard twin room was a bit on the small side. Much bigger rooms were available at a cheaper price with a late booking if only I had known
