Aux proches abords de Marrkech
Pros:

Le complexe, le jardin sont très jolis et bien entretenus.
Notre chambre était très grande et confortable.
Le personnel est courtois et serviable.

Cons:

C'était peut-être dû au rush matinal mais l'eau de notre salle de bain était à peine tiède.

Nous avons débranché le frigo que nous trouvions bruyant.

A beautiful setting with friendly staff and animals!
Pros:

The hotel was very pretty, well decorated in traditional style and the grounds were lovely. We enjoyed walking through the pretty tranquil gardens, especially after the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Both pool areas were pretty and well maintained. Meeting the hotel dog who was very friendly and had just had puppies was a real bonus and the children loved playing with them. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when our booked taxi let us down and they provided us with transport at very short notice. The menu was varied and we enjoyed the lunches and evening meals. Over all, we would greatly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Although the bedroom was lovely and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was a little dated. It was also a shame that the jacuzzi pool was not working.

Pros:

Le cadre idyllique, le personnel charmant (+++), la beauté des riads. La facilité pour organiser des excursions, réserver des taxis, prendre des renseignements,...
Les plats proposés au resto le soir sont excellents.

Cons:

•Le bruit... les chambres sont peu/mal insonorisées, du coup on entend fort lorsque d'autres voyageurs sont moins respectueux.
•Le petit-déjeuner... peu de fruits, peu varié, peu de choix... mais ce qu'on a eu était bon!

Road to access the hotel is very bad shape, we could not drive easily and no street lights if you come back to hotel late in the dark.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Hôtel de charme situé à quelques kilomètres de Marrakech, donc idéal pour se ressourcer après les visites dans cette ville trépidante.
Tout le personnel est agréable, le cadre est reposant avec les jardins, piscines et terrasses.
Très appréciable la navette gratuite matin et soir pour se rendre à Marrakech.

Pros:

L'hôtel est calme, reposant du fait qu'il soit situé en dehors de Marrakech. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Des navettes gratuite sont proposées pour se rendre dans la médina. Repas excellent, spécialités tout comme les plats continentaux.

Cons:

Le service du soir est long.
Nous n'avons pas le possibilité de se déplacer comme on le souhaite sans prendre de taxi du fait de la distance entre l'hôtel et la médina.

This is the most beautiful place I have stayed at, and our room was also absolutely gorgeous. The weather was cold so luckily we had a heater.

Cons:

Not very allergi friendly. And the food was mediocre. It was hard to communicate with some of the staff because they didn’t understand English. When we first checked into our room the bathroom was dirty with visible dirt and limescale. Regarding transportation back and forth from the city was more expensive and a bit tricky. I would recommend staying closer to the city, like a riad where the staff pour their heart and soul into making it your best stay.
