Staff and location
Pros:

Freezer in the room to put my ice gel pack for my medicine

Cons:

The staff is very strict with 3pm check-in time. When we arrived at 2.56pm, the staff at the reception did not let us process anything to check-in and asked us to wait at the lobby. After 5 minutes, we went back to the reception, the staff took 10 minutes to process our paper works. When we went to the room, it was very hot and cannot find the remote for the AC so we called reception and someone came and gave us the AC remote. There's no smart TV and cannot watch english shows. The bed was hard not comfortable. We also did not like the location, not lively.

Odanın çok büyük ve 4 tane yatak konularak Ramada neyi amaçladı anlaşılır değil, banyoda sıcak su sorunu vardı, sanırım en fazla 27/28° su ile yıkanmak zorunda kaldım.

Pricey but convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location, twenty minute walk from Seoul Station, really spacious room (we were upgraded), which was great, friendly staff, good amount of storage space

Cons:

A bit tired, a few marks on the walls, my sheets had a couple of holes in them. It was a very spacious room but there was no decor whatsoever, so it felt a little barren/empty. All quite minor complaints really. Price is definitely because of location rather than the room itself

시설관리가 아쉽지만 서비스 응대가 괜찮았습니다.
Pros:

프론트직원 매우 친절하다 이슈사항 해결 및 피드백이 빨랐다. 조식이 가격대비 좋다.

Cons:

시설관리가 아쉬움. 새벽 체크인에 고층 배정은 좋았으나 기반시설중 하나인 온수가 안나온 것에 대한건이 아쉬웠으나 빠른대처는 좋았습니다.
