The bed mattress needs replacing in one room and the aircon needs fixing
It was so hot we couldn’t sleep
The chairs sink when sitting in them
It’s the second time we have had this room at the Michael Angelo and I tried to pick another room with Expedia and chose the photos of a different room VERY disappointed
I had booked on another site three weeks ago and got this room
I really thought with the different photos it was a different apartment

Michelangelo Towers is an embarrassment to South Africa tourism

We enjoyed our time at Rennaissance Spa with excellent service and friendly staff members.

Cons:

Upon our arrival at Michelangelo Towers, we were welcomed by the reception staff; however, they were unable to locate our reservation. After providing our reservation number, they informed us that we were classified as private guests, which marked the beginning of a decline in service quality. We were asked to wait, and a porter delivered our keys in an envelope without any guidance on how to reach our room, forcing us to find our way independently. Upon entering the room, it was clear that preparations had not been made for our arrival, as we found ourselves in a dimly lit and unkempt space. We opened the curtains to let in some fresh air. Although we enjoyed a visit to the world-class Spa, our return was marred by a shower that failed to drain properly, leaving behind an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a blocked drain. The bed in the main suite was outdated and uncomfortable, prompting us to leave at 22:00 to return to the comfort of our own home. This occasion was meant to be a special outing for my wife and me, but Michelangelo Towers has regrettably tarnished this experience for us.

The Michelangelo Towers is a stunning and immaculate hotel that I truly appreciated, especially its proximity to the Sandton City Mall. The staff were welcoming, and the convenient parking added to the experience. I also loved the spacious rooms, which included two bathrooms. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to any traveler, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Bad,terrible and dirty
Pros:

There is nothing to like about that apartment 1009 it’s dirty and has old dilapidated furniture.

Cons:

The Apartment 1009 is dirty, old dilapidated furniture and they don’t even have one opened TV channel couldn’t even catch up on news.
