Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wellnessbereich mit sehr langen Öffnungszeiten lag auf der selben Etage und war leicht zu erreichen.
Es sollte erwähnt werden, dass dieses Hotel ein Casino und anscheinend auch einen Tanzclub beherbergt. In den Zimmern war die Musik des Clubs bis sehr spät nachts deutlich vernehmbar. Das Frühstück machte großteils keinen frischen Eindruck.
Bien situé, accueil chaleureux, l’espace SPA est superbe, et la suite magnifique.

Personnel pas au niveau d’un 4*. Pas très chaleureux, limite aimable. Petit déjeuner varié certes mais pas d’une grande qualité. Accueil sec au petit déjeuner: « Bonjour, votre numéro de chambre »😔

La chambre était spacieuse et la vue agréable. L'espace spa est super. L'hôtel est plutôt bien situé au Havre et le casino sur place très sympa !
Pour un 4*, nous étions étonnées de la peinture dégradée dans la chambre et surtout dans les toilettes. Pas Netflix, pas de mini-bar ni frigo (dont nous aurions eu besoin), pas de lait corps dans la sdb, pas de claquettes, pas d'eau en salle de sport, une climatisation non fonctionnelle, insonorisation extérieure moyenne, des détails mais essentiels selon nous pour un 4* !
