NIE WIEDER TAORMINA PARKHOTEL! Personal u. Lage super, ansonsten absolut unseriös!!

2 Tage vor Check In erhielten wir Email das wir auf e. anderen Termin umgebucht worden sind. Das ohne unser Wissen!!! Zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren wir schon auf Sizilien.sofortiger Widerruf per Email blieb unbeantwortet; wurde bei mehreren Anrufen vertröstet, versprochene Rückrufe fanden nicht statt. erst am Anreisetag erreichte ich jemanden der mir mitteilte, dass Hotel überbucht sei und wir für drei Tage in e. Ersatzhotel untergebracht würden. zähneknirschend nahmen wir es hin, da wir den gesamten Aufenthalt bereits im voraus bezahlt hatten. Ersatzhotel d. gleichen Hotelkette war alt mit dem Charme e. 70er Jahre Hotels. es gab keine Entschuldigung, Rechtfertigung, Begründung, etc... bloß den Parkplatz für drei Tage mussten mir nicht bezahlen. der Kundenservice von Booking Com ist mit der Angelegenheit befasst, ich bin gespannt, zu welchem Ergebnis es führt.

Pros:

The position was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was ok but only ok. Lunch was disappointing - the only poor pizza we had in Sicily. Also, no air con available till June.

Suurepäraste vaadetega hubane hotell 10 minuti kaugusel kesklinnast.
Pros:

Asukoht Taormina keskuses. Mugav ja hubane hotell. Hea hommikusöök ja päikesetekk basseiniga. Ja need vaated rõdult merele ja Etnale, super!

Kõik oli väga paigas.

Pros:

The location and view from the hotel is amazing. We got to enjoy daily cocktails and cigars from our west facing spacious balcony..Walking daily to the Corso Unmberto area is easy and fun and the food is amazing....Very crowded (May) but manageable..

Cons:

They moved our 6 night reservation ahead a night so there wasn't a room available for us at the Taormina Park Hotel when we checked in ,,,We met a couple that had the same check in issue....They did transport us to another of their hotels for the night, but a disappointing start to our stay there....Obviously, they overbooked and we had to deal with the issue......
