Perfect location for Taormina beach days!
Pros:

The property was in the perfect place for spending the day at the beach. The beach club was wonderful, so relaxing and comfortable! The staff were incredible, so helpful super warm & welcoming!

Cons:

The bathroom in the room wasn’t super updated

Very happy with our choice -
Pros:

Awesome resort - right on the water- swimming beach , chairs , towels , staff helping with everything. Rooms clean , air conditioning working great , large shower bathroom , cleaned room daily and nightly turn down - morning breakfast great spread

This is a Fantastic location, but this is not a five star hotel.
Pros:

The location is outstanding.

Cons:

There were many facilities and Services lacking for a five star hotel.
The decoration was tired and shabby. Paintwork was poorly finished in the rooms giving an appearance not in keeping with a five star Hotel.
The walls and door dividers between rooms were so thin that you could hear conversations in the next room very easily.
Requests for teabags and milk took many hours to fulfil.
Staff for charming and delightful but failed to deliver on simple requests.
Beach cocktails were undrinkable and tasted of detergent. When returned to the bar, staff insisted that they tasted acceptable.

A very memorable stay that we have recommended to friends.
Pros:

Very attentive staff from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble and we had a free upgrade to a sea view chalet with hot tub, perfect.

Cons:

Maybe that the pool bar stayed open until midnight.

Dreamlike stay in Taormina overlooking Isola Bella.
Pros:

Our stay began with an upgrade to a room with a sea view.

Everything was fantastic: the breakfast, the room, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the beach, the restaurant, and the hotel’s location directly opposite Isola Bella and only a 15-minute walk from the funicular leading to the center of Taormina.

We would be delighted to come back.

The staff is beyond helpful and pleasant. It was an amazing experience.
