Die Lage war Top direkt am Strand, toller Blick aufs Meer. Eigener Whirlpool sehr positive Erfahrung. Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe der Gondelanlage zum hochfahren , Fußweg zu Runterlaufen von Taormina oben kommt fast direkt am Hotel raus. Das Managementteam hat uns einen Tollen Geburtstag mit guten Empfehlungen und einem schönen Frühstück auf dem Zimmeranlage mit Blick aufs Meer organisiert. Das Managementteam hat uns auch noch weitere tolle Restaurants empfohlen die auch wirklich gut waren.
Im Gesamten war leider das 5 Sterne Hotel gerade am renovieren wegen eines starken Sturmschaden, den wir leider nicht vorher gewusst hatten. Zimmer sind etwas klein. Frühstück, Mittag, Abendessen im gleichen Raum fanden wir nicht so toll, darum haben wir meistens nur das Frühstück dort genossen, Personal beim Frühstück mit keinen guten Englisch Kenntnissen oder wir mit keinen Italienischen Sprachkenntnisse.

Such amazing place! The vibe, the view and the staff, especially Irene, she is so lovely and we are so lucky to have her presence during our stay at the plage. Couldn’t describe this place even if i wanted to. Will definitely be coming back here, feels like a second home

La Plage Resort er en veldig spesiell og fin plass hvis du ønsker ro i sjelen. Enten du spiser frokost eller står opp om morgenen hører du sjøen og den friske luften. Mat, området og betjeningen er helt fantastiske.
Heel vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie met prachtig uitzicht op de Etna en vlak bij het leuke plaatsje Taormina. Salvatore had hele leuke activiteiten voor ons georganiseerd en ook Irene was een super gastvrouw voor ons!
Het seizoen was net begonnen en door een sycloon in januari was nog niet alles op orde hetgeen op het strand een rommelige indruk gaf. Jammer dat we dus geen gebruik konden maken van extra zitjes en barretjes.
Het eten en de drankjes waren behoorlijk aan de prijs!

The overall feeling was that of a true 5-star hotel, and we would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to others!
