Almost all the staff execept one were amazing, friendly and very kind and helpful.
First night at restaurant the waiter was uninterested, knew we had ordered scampi but doubled the order and served and charged us for expensive langoustine. Not a great first impression.

Initial greeting and tour was great, good parking, help with luggage, response from front desk for requests for taxi service, supplies, room issues.
The location is beautiful, but distant from the old town where the main restaurants and shopping are, requiring a taxi, bus, or cable car to get there. Taxi to old town is 25 euros each way, cable car is 15 euros per person round trip, or 8 each way.
Beach front chairs and umbrellas were readily available for all guests.
I'm contrast to front desk staff, the service of the staff at breakfast was disappointing. Requests for coffee were very long in getting it. Self serve buffet was readily available, but on arrival, we were told we could request eggs/ omelet. On request, it was not delivered after an hour, so we just left. Most importantly, a number of the breakfast service staff were decidedly unfriendly, telling us to " just sit down" when we asked about coffee. We would have been happy to self serve coffee, but that was unavailable.
We had a room with a jacuzzi on a patio with a sliding glass door. It was almost impossible to open the door. Response was prompt to come and use WD40, which helped initially but the issue was still a problem. Housekeeping staff didn't remove dirty dishes, empty trash cans, or replace toilet paper, although with a call to the front desk, they provided it.
All in all, not a 5 star experience, but definitely 5 star prices.

Location:
The location is great with free parking. It’s only a 200-meter walk to Isola Bella for breakfast.
Breakfast:
The breakfast was good and included hot food.
OVERALL:I spend over 130 nights in hotels every year (Marriott Titanium, IHG Platinum, Hilton Gold). I’ve seen some weird hotels, but this one left me speechless. I left a 1-star review on Booking, and then the hotel manager pretended to be a lawyer threatening to sue me if I didn’t delete it. I am rewriting my experience here, hoping the hotel owner sees what kind of team he has.
The Room:
Booking states 18 sqm, but the actual indoor area is a circle with a diameter of less than 4 meters. Including the terrace at the entrance, it barely reaches 18 sqm. I had two large suitcases; once I opened them, there was no floor space left to step on.
The "Service" Team:
The parking attendants, check-in staff, and breakfast servers were all very nice. However, the hotel manager (signed as S.C., claiming to be the Guest Relations Manager) was absolutely appalling.
On the night of Sept 26, the hotel hosted a wedding on the lawn but failed to inform any guests or provide noise warnings. I was ready to sleep at 9:30 PM (still fighting jet lag) when the wedding noise severely disrupted me. I complained to the front desk; it took them over half an hour to respond, and another 20+ minutes to ask the DJ to slightly lower the volume. They offered me three pairs of earplugs as a "solution."
After my repeated complaints, Manager S.C called me, threatening to evict me within 30 minutes without a refund (implying their "legal team" would handle the room charge). He only allowed me to stay another night if I stopped complaining about the noise. Helpless, I waited for the noise to end before sleeping—it finally stopped at 11:40 PM, far past the local Italian legal limit of 10:00 PM.
After checking out, I left a 1-star review on Booking. I then received a call from this S.C; he pretended to be a lawyer commissioned by the hotel, demanding I delete the review or face a lawsuit. I exposed him on the spot, asking if he was the manager. He hesitated and continued to threaten me. I told him I would accept his lawsuit, but this threat must be known to everyone.
Facilities:
The facilities are quite old; the bed sheets had tears. The shower gel situation is a mystery: it was empty in the first room, and completely missing in the second room.

Вечеря в ресторані була неймовірно смачною і дуже романтичною. Сніданки, які входили в вартість номера, чудові, на будь який смак, і також, персоналу,велике дякуємо. Пляж і краєвид просто 🔥
