Everyone is friendly and helpful
I enjoyed a comfortable stay at this Country Inn & Suites when visiting a friend in Lima. The hotel website and front desk are very open that the hotel is under renovations. My room was very comfortable and as a solo traveler, I appreciated feeling safe in both my room and around the hotel. The staff I met were wonderful. My only request (which I didn't make) was more low sugar/sugar free breakfast cereal or yogurts, but that may be my fault for coming down to breakfast so late! The coffee was great, and I had a lovely kitchenette in my room if I had needed more help with meals.
All of the folks working on the renovations were careful and accommodating around those of us staying in the hotel. I will stay here again!!
Huge improvement from 1 year ago despite being under construction for remodeling. Can't wait to remodeling is finished.

The shower supplies were at the wrong end of the shower. There was no ledge in the shower for toiletries. The swimming pool was being redone, and that was not advertised
We had a wonderful stay at the Country Inn in Lima! The room was beautifully updated with modern furniture, new flooring, and a fully renovated bathroom that was clean, fresh, and very well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and inviting, and you could tell the property has been investing in improvements.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was quiet, making it easy to relax. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the updated look of the room. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lima area!

The lady in the front was nice.
The property was being renovated ( nothing was menciones on website)so the whole place in the 2nd floor was dusty and hallways were taped off. We had 3 rooms,one of our rooms was not clean bathroom sink was very dusty and the shower floor was dirty. So sadly i did have to let them know.
Later before going to sleep i did notice a yellow stain on the bed cover. I dont think I will be returning.
