Pros:

A beautiful small hotel with every convenience thought of, we loved our stay here, clean, calm, quiet & our hosts were so attentive & kind. Plus a beautiful view of the mountain from our work.

One of the nicest hotels in El Calafate.
Pros:

The grounds are beautiful, the location is nice because it is out of the main town center yet close enough to walk, and the front desk staff were extremely knowledgeable about the Indigenous history of the area which was much appreciated. The name of the hotel is from the Tehuelche people/language. Likely most travelers there don't know this or learn this.

Breakfast was terrific--many choices.

Cons:

Dinner menu is very limited for someone who is a vegetarian or plant-based diet.

Nice stay in Calafate - would recommend
Pros:

We enjoyed this hotel overall and felt it was a good place to stay for a couple of nights in Calafate as it is very close to town. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. It was fun to see the Peacock's out the window.

Cons:

It was a bit warm in the room at night but they provided a fan to use to cool it down.

beautiful surroundings, the room had recently been renovated so it gave a positive impression.

Cons:

I didn't expect this hotel to be so large. There are many rooms, but unfortunately, the soundproofing is very poor. Literally every rustle can be heard from the hallway. There are large gaps in the doors. The price is too high for this standard.

The front desk folks were excellent. Very kind, helpful and could tell us about great places to visit. The rooms were comfortable and well cared for. The restaurant was fabulous!
