Pros:

Pues algunos del personal eran muy amables, otros definitivamente no contestaban, fue una estancia donde me sentí muy incómoda. No hay nada que realmente me haya gustado mucho, solo el servicio al cuarto.

Cons:

Pues en sí no se parece el hotel a las fotos, lo muestran muy bonito, muy cómodo, pero tiene muchas fallas, le falta mantenimiento, le falta calidad, en mi habitación habían paredes dañadas, lo cual le quita mucho puntaje, además la cafetera no funcionaba correctamente, metía la cápsula de café y no bajaba, tuve que pedir un café a la habitación para quitarme las ganas del café y, evidentemente, con un precio elevado. Definitivamente fui con muchas expectativas y regresé bastante decepcionada del lugar, esperaba mucho más, sobre todo con la atención.

Estuvo muy bien
Pros:

Todo estuvo agradable, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos y en esta ocasión el desayuno estuvo mejor, no hubo ruido y tuvimos buen clima, la iluminación es agradable y los accesos y amenidades del Hotel hacen que se sienta muy cómodo todo. Nos encanta ir cada que vamos a Queretaro.

Cons:

El único fue detalle fue que se sintió ligeramente el polvo en la habitación, si pudieran revisarlo ya que me dió una alergia fuerte. No había tapón para la tina de baño esta vez :(

The breakfast is simple, but it varies every day, and has a lot of fruit. The view from the room is really nice. Otherwise is a fairly standard corporate hotel.

Cons:

For the price, I was expecting something a bit nicer. It is not that is an ugly hotel, again, just a standard corporate hotel that works for a work trip. The elevator was not working on arrival, but they quickly fixed it and the staff help me carry the bags up the stairs.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para lo que necesito.
El personal es sumamente amable.
Así como el desayuno es bueno.
El gimnasio suficiente.

Cons:

El espacio para Co-working es extremadamente pequeño, sólo como sugerencia una mesa y 6 sillas va mejor que una pc y un sillón.
La alberca está de adorno solamente.
Mi habitación no olía rico... Y aunque probablemente no debería de ser así... El olor a "viejo" por la alfombra no es tan agradable.
