Nice long weekend overnight stay easy location to get around
Pros:

Good location and access, the TVs & heating in rooms

Cons:

Needs a pool and spa. Shower was opened ended and water got through bathroom. No robes

The room was super dusty, not cleaned well at all. The phone and tables hadn't been wiped in ages; you could totally see the dust. The main receptionist, who was also the duty manager, wasn't very nice. They really need better customer service skills for front-line staff. They also didn't give enough info, like explaining the facilities or how to find the room.

The staff are all really friendly and kind, and I really enjoy the experience while my staying.
Pros:

Really quiet, and the room is clean and has everything I need, including a kettle and a refrigerator. The toilet is clean and provides body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The location is convenient: you can walk to a restaurant or cafe in 15 minutes. If you book the event in Rotorua, such as the Hell's Gate shuttle bus or the Maori culture experience & dinner, this hotel is also included in the pick-up area. The room I'm staying in has a view of Lake Rotorua through the window, which is really beautiful.

Cons:

They didn't provide a kitchen or a microwave for customers to reheat the food we had, but that is understandable. We need to pay for the washing machine and the dryer, and we need to pay to get tokens at the counter, even though they provide laundry power to the customer.

Great stay - definitely recommend and will return again soon!
Pros:

Service was amazing!! The front office chap couldn't have been more helpfull. Very impressed

Cons:

Beds could have had a more comfortable topper - it wasn't horrible though. Still had a great sleep!

Gorgeous sunrise over the lake
Pros:

Lots of free parking, comfortable room with wonderful views of the lake as well as a gorgeous sunrise. Staff were amazing, those at breakfast seemed a bit run off their feet. Easy drives to restaurants and geothermal attractions.

Cons:

Wifi sporadic maybe because of the many tour groups staying. We managed with our e-sim.

Awesome hotel on the lake!
Pros:

Well managed hotel literally on the lake! Super easy parking if you have a car. Clean, bed comfortable! Good location.

Cons:

Rooms are outdated and I can hear everything that happened in the hallway which was noisy all night with groups of people talking loudly in the hallway and slamming doors. Smells like wet carpet in my room. Bathroom had a high bathtub that you need to step into which was awkward. Shower curtain. Popcorn ceilings. Pork belly dinner was overcooked and tough to chew.

Would definitely be back 💯
Pros:

2nd time staying here and it was better than the last. Room was accessible & great, breakfast is always a hit and because we came and it was a bit chilly the pool was heated. Would definitely be back💯
