Comfortable stay, please sort parking
Cons:

Each room should have allocated parking. Finding a car park was a nightmare.

We parked in drop off zone, the front office staff were exceptional.

Pros:

I liked the central location next to the lake and locations in the CBD were easily accessible. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Great location to explore Rotorua by foot
Pros:

A beautiful hotel well located to explore Rotorua by foot. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were excellent. There is plenty of free parking which is easy to access.

Cons:

Everything was great, however we didn't dine in the hotel and the prices were a little high.

Great location and good sized room. Plenty of space for clothes and suitcases

The bathroom was too small and there was mould in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable.

Very basic. More motel than hotel I would say. You could also smell the sulphur in the room at times. Bathroom wasn’t very nice.

The bathroom is older so a shower over the bath that was tricky for me with a knee injury. There was a grab rail and a non slip mat but still awkward.

Not what a 4 star standard should be.
Pros:

Staff were good, and location is nice.

Cons:

Hotel is old building and torn out corners and washroom is very basic. Not what you expect from a 4 star. Also the cleaning, was bad and room had hairs all around.
