Broken bed was not ideal
Pros:

Good location. Close to many restaurants. Modern clean building. Good room. Good communication. Offered a late checkout because of the issue with the bed.

Cons:

The bed broke on the first night. Guests did not get a good sleep and had to sleep on the floor. However, they offered to replace the next day.

Comfortable stay near Cairns warefront.
Pros:

Modern spacious 1 bedroom apartment well located at the southern end of the Esplanade. Well equipped (storage, kitchen utensils, washer/dryer). Appreciated 2 racks for suitcases. Staff at Booking Centre very helpful & friendly, thank you.

Cons:

South-facing (no direct sun). Likely fine in the warmer season, but too cold to sit on balcony in July.
Shower head fiddly to position (design fault).
Expensive, especially given limited view of inlet largely blocked by Hilton building.

5/5 - An absolutely stunning stay in Cairns
Pros:

This apartment was simply stunning, beautiful and elegant from the moment we walked in. The furnishings were stylish and incredibly comfortable, and the bed deserves a special mention: genuinely one of the best we've slept in while travelling.
The view was breathtaking. A full 180 degree outlook over the ocean inlet and mountains, capturing everything that makes Cairns so beautiful. We could have sat on the balcony all day just taking it in.
The location was perfect too, right in the middle of the best restaurants and attractions the area has to offer, with secure covered parking underneath which made coming and going so easy. The in-apartment washer-dryer was a brilliant touch: we left our travel-worn clothes in before heading out and came back to everything clean and dry, ready for the next leg of our trip.
Honestly, this was one of the most amazing places we've ever stayed. An astoundingly wonderful apartment, and we'd return in a heartbeat.

Luxurious apartment with amazing harbour view.
Pros:

We had a corner suite one bedder overlooking the Harbour. Very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and very clean . The view was amazing. Convenient to eateries and sea activity.

Cons:

Like all other hotel rooms, the TV was cheap and barely functional andd batteries in the remywere just about flat. Dishwasher didn't work. Overall good though.
