Luxury apartments at a reasonable price.
Pros:

The property has far more extensive facilities than on Booking.com. This is a fully equipped apartment within a luxury block. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment and we wish we could have stayed longer

Location to the harbour and restaurants

Cons:

We had nowhere to hand back the keys out of hours or a key safe to put them in
Tried to contact the out of hours number but couldn’t get through or leave a message
In the end we left the keys at the apartment for the cleaner so she could hand them back to the office so it was worrying for us as we thought we may have done something wrong

Central location for all that you’ll need or want to see
Pros:

Great location for all that we wanted to see and do. AC worked fine which was important in the heat and humidity. Staff was helpful and efficient with check-in.

Cons:

Beds on the soft side and weren’t super comfy for us. The square footage is accurate but some of it is in hallways and near closets so it didn’t feel spacious.

A property whose location is outstanding, and is generally very comfortable, is let down by lack of attention to detail.
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the design of the two-bedroom/two bathroom was very functional.

Cons:

I found the lack of doors on the showers concerning as it was impossible to shower without some water intruding onto the main floor of the bathroom. The lack of bedside lamps was also unexpected and inconvenient. The choice of a glass coffee table and the way it was positioned in relation to the seating in the lounge room was also questionable.
