Central location for all that you’ll need or want to see
Pros:

Great location for all that we wanted to see and do. AC worked fine which was important in the heat and humidity. Staff was helpful and efficient with check-in.

Cons:

Beds on the soft side and weren’t super comfy for us. The square footage is accurate but some of it is in hallways and near closets so it didn’t feel spacious.

A property whose location is outstanding, and is generally very comfortable, is let down by lack of attention to detail.
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the design of the two-bedroom/two bathroom was very functional.

Cons:

I found the lack of doors on the showers concerning as it was impossible to shower without some water intruding onto the main floor of the bathroom. The lack of bedside lamps was also unexpected and inconvenient. The choice of a glass coffee table and the way it was positioned in relation to the seating in the lounge room was also questionable.

Check in with Darcy extremely informative and clear. Convenient location, quiet, close walk to restaurants, parks, impeccably clean with all necessities for an overnight or long stay. Will definitely be staying again! Lobby chill area for tenants a plus! Room 221.

Clean, comfortable, great location, secure.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a high pitched whine coming from the air conditioning that was slightly improved if the doors were open. It was a shame as the property was otherwise excellent.

Very enjoyable and I would recommend the accommodation.
Pros:

Great location for the harbour and restaurants - and I enjoyed watching the activity from my balcony in the afternoon when I wasn’t on a tour.

Really great experience
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. Had a garden view room but because of how high up we were, and the angle it was pretty much a view of the water.
The staff were also really great - offered to stash our luggage at check out, and also because our room wasn’t ready at our check in time, they waived our parking fee.
Pool was also great

Cons:

The bedroom sheet had some stains which was really off putting
