Amazing huge apartment by the pier, unbeatable views and the best ever in cairns
Pros:

Couldnt have found a better place ..right by the piers, view of the water , high up with ever room having a view ..a large balcony with a lounge , a parking and all the amenities one could think off.
Was just superb and a rare find .

Lovely apartment - I would like to stay again should I return to Cairns. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Cleaning was excellent. Fresh linen when room cleaned.
Location - very convenient - walkable to all local places of interest.
Quiet - very restful - despite very central location.
Lovely view of harbour.
Excellent layout of apartment.
Convenient kitchen/laundry
Facilities well maintained.

Cons:

The gym was closed the entire two weeks I was there for renovations. Just a bit unfortunate for my stay.
Not a deal breaker - but the bucket chair in the lounge is looking a bit worn - Just contrasts a bit with other tasteful furnishings.

Pros:

Be carefull what kind of apartment you really book. I thought we booked a large appartment with washing machine but we got a much smaller one without the washing machine. Luckily we could change after 24h but had to pay quite an additional sum. The apartments were fine and well equipped. Ladies in the front office were nice.

Cons:

If you get an apartment with sea view it can be really hot during the day. Some plates and glasses were missing. We stayed for 6 days and ran out of coffee and dish washing powder. Internet in the first apartment was really slow.
Swimmingpool is not very elegant. Better to go the lagune for a swim.

Pros:

フェリー乗り場もラグーンプールもスーパーも近くて、ロケーションが良かった。フェリー乗り場近くのカフェ、すぐ下のイタリアンが美味しかった。オーシャンビューの部屋にしたので、景色も最高でした。洗濯機・乾燥機付きだったので、水着とかすぐに洗濯できてよかった。また泊まりたいです。

Cons:

掃除道具が見当たらなかったので、クイックルワイパーを持って行けばよかった。５泊だとアメニティの補充がないので、トイレットペーパーがギリギリでした。かなりドキドキしながら使っていたので、次に行くときは、一巻き持って行こうと思う。

Great view!
Pros:

The location was great as it was right by the esplanade and walking distance to most things including the cairns shopping center. The view from the apartment was amazing especially from the huge balcony it contained. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery and they provided dishwashing and laundry powder sachets which were great.

Cons:

The kitchen attracted quite a bit of ants even though we tried to keep it as clean as possible. But rest of apartment was very clean.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

Excellent location in a top notch building. Our apartment exceeded our expectations. Lovely and clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, stylishly furnished, very quiet and private oasis for us. The gym and pool also excellent and well maintained and clean.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Pros:

Huge appartement, very very well located. Clean, perfect from A to Z.

Cons:
