Pros:

The front desk lady was very nice.

Cons:

The restroom was non-stop leaked and couldn’t change the room due to their full capacity. And they promised they would refund some money for it and never received any response or contact from the hotel.

Adequate Room in Great Location for Good Value
Pros:

Location was perfect for us. Close to the Hopland and Mendocino Wineries we like, and not too far from our Favorite Dry Creek Wineries.

Cons:

The coffee maker in our room did not work and the soap bars were too small to use in the Shower.

Overall very pleasant.
Pros:

The young woman at check-in was so friendly and helpful. She let us change from a double queen wheelchair accessible room to a king accessible room when we realized the double queen was too tight a fit. The king was very roomy, almost felt like a suite!

Cons:

The breakfast ended at 8:40 AM, which is too early. We ended up getting breakfast at Starbucks across the parking lot instead.

Good location , but check the room before you open your luggage…
Pros:

Room was comfortable and big and good location for hotel

Cons:

Shower curtain was not staying the place , you shower , the bathroom get flooded …
So used only 2 towels there for get the water dry …
Hallway darks …
Breakfast is ending very early at 8:30 am!!!

Comfortable.... but...
Pros:

Cons:

Definitely has seen better days. Carpet stained. Chipped paint, breakfast was marginal. Re-used room key envelope is tacky at best.
But overall efforts to be clean were ok.

The room was spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The other aspects were subpar.
Pros:

The breakfast was subpar- the offerings were very limited and not appetizing. The coffee was not tasty and no hot tea was available. Compared to The Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at the breakfast was abysmal. We actually left the hotel and had breakfast at the nearby Starbucks.

Great stop before the tragfic of Santa Rosa!
Pros:

Spacious comfortable room with very decent soundproofing between adjacent rooms. Very nice front desk person Robert. Very helpful and cheerful. And we had a problem with the TV which the manager, AP, came right away to fix for us. We really appreciated that.

Cons:

No issues… Would stay again

I loved it and will stay again.
Pros:

The young lady who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed and bedding was so comfortable. The breakfast was good. The hotel has a restaurant and Starbucks on the parking lot. Applebees and IHOP on the corner. Very convenient.

Cons:

The lighting in the hallway and in the room very dim.
