Pros:

Hadde det helt perfekt under hele oppholdet. På grunn av fly kansellering ble vi en natt til.
Pros:

Beliggenheten var helt fantastisk, personalet var veldig imøtekommende.
Maten var veldig bra.

Pros:

Liker at konsertsalen er i sammen bygning. At en kan spise frokost og middag/kveldsmat. Fin beliggenhet.

Cons:

Teppebelegg på rommet. Må være mye støv/skitt i teppet. MIn kone ble tett i nesen,nøs, trodde hun begynte å bli forkjølt,men alt forsvant da hun kom i bilen på tur hjem. Hun har ikke hatt en slik reaksjon tidligere,når vi har bodd på samme hotell.

Great hotel amazing staff
Pros:

The location is good, room comfortable, food fresh different not everyday the same, staff are very nice and friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom need renovation, for the food buffet put more description on meal card as had to ask about the meat type in food or certain nuts or beans in the food. When I ask for two rooms next to each other only one wall separate them for my anxiety wasn’t manage well had to change rooms lost a good view.

Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux, ainsi que les personnes y travaillant.
Le fait que l'hôtel était relié à la bibliothèque était une belle surprise.

It was so good that we shall not only return, but also recommend it to others - in a heartbeat.
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel, from its truly fabulous waterfront location to the very enjoyable stroll along the harbour into town and to the ferry port and bus station.

There is also a supermarket practically next door, which stocks pretty much everything you could need — incredibly convenient.

The staff were polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It was also lovely to be able to enjoy a meal in the restaurant while taking in the beautiful sea views.

Our room was huge! It felt extremely spacious, comfortable and welcoming, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job.

What more can I say? The whole experience really did feel like a home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return!
