Amazing location! Wonderful breakfast options included and they took care of everything, even finding us transportation to the cruise port.

This hotel needs to be shut down & remodeled. It was literally crumbling & very dirty. The couches had head rest grease stains & threadbare cushions.

My stay was plaeasant. However, I arrived after a full day of travel. After checking in I was told to park in the garage. I assumed the parking was included with the stay..the parking garage was connected to the hotel. I would have appreciated the clerk.alerting me to the process of payment for parking. I was told to park in tje garage and go to the elevator to access my room.
Long story short, I was fined $140.00.
The disappointment came when I shared my delema with the clerk she seemed to care less. I know there were signs for payment in the garage but nothing to declate whether you stayed at the hotel or were just parking for the day. I hoe in the future hotel patrons are made aware of the parking process
Incidently, I spoke with tree other guests in the same situation as I.

Rooms had plenty of space, beds were comfy and the breakfast was great

Great location! On the edge of Little Italy and the harbor. Room was huge, separated living room, bedroom. Loved the safety elevator.

The checking process was not friendly at all, the first thing I hear is: you dont have a reservation with us. Clearly she was not reading my name from my drivers liscence, no directions to the elevator, etc

This hotel needs a refresh terribly. The closet door was broken and inoperable. The furniture was worn and gross. There were holes in the carpet and the shades. I checked out early and won’t stay there again.

Awesome suite, clean comfy. Bed extremely comfy with lots of pillows. We arrived on a Wednesday in time for their weekly reception including assortment of cheeses, fruits, salad soup and wine & beer. After a long drive it was a pleasant welcome.

This is close to the inner harbor which is full of all of the places we wanted to see and eat.

The view was amazing. They can do better with breakfast choices.

Everything was great !

We had a family medical emergency and had to cancel last minute. I had purchased insurance to ensure that we could cancel at any time and I have not received any type of response about a refund.

We found the two full beds and pillows very unpleasant and uncomfortable, to be honest, been one of the worst sleeps I had in a long time.

The sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I slept on the sofa instead. I could feel a lot of springs.

Crazy that the bathroom is an ensuite in a 1 bedroom suite where the person on the sofa has to sneak quietly into the bedroom/bathroom to not wake up the person in the bed. Will not stay in that setup again.

It was a bit smaller than what I expected from pictures. Understand that happens with pictures. Couch was stained, blinds didn’t work in living room area. Remotes didn’t work but front desk sent someone up to fix it.

Ez cruise port access via Uber. Easy walk to little Italy for outstanding dining options. Starbucks in the building makes up for the awful provided coffee. The suite had kitchen facility and great water pressure in the bath. Clean - but small odd beds. Still for the price worth it for a one night precruise stay
