Very nice hotel overall, staff was awesome!

Breakfast was good. Everything else so so.
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our shower did not work in our room, the pull out sofa was stained on top/botrom of cushions and the back rest, the mattress of the pull-out was so thin you couldn't even sleep on it. Mattress on bed was worn and could feel springs through it.

We also had a large jetted tub in our room that haf hair and standing water in tge bottom of it.

Pool deck had soggy food on it, bottom 4-6inches of support columns were missing/and or rusted and was out of towels with no refill when requested.

Also had an error that happened at check-in with this app that front desk suggested to use and then would not correct it.

Black Mold Alert
Pros:

My room had tons of black mold!
This hotel used to be great a few years ago, sadly, it's gone downhill very fast.
