I was disappointed
Pros:

The bed was good and soft

Cons:

For starters, I couldn’t get in the front door because the entry system wasn’t working properly. I assumed it was locked for security reasons, but later found out the motion detector only activated if you walked directly in front of it, not from the side.

I also received a couple of bed bug bites during my stay. In addition, my room was located right beside the elevators, so I heard elevator noise from the equipment throughout the night and had difficulty sleeping.

I paid the full room rate, yet a room located next to the elevators should have been discounted due to the excessive noise and inconvenience

Pros:

Front desk staff friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was near shopping and Conway expo center.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallways was filthy! The odor in the hallway was terrible. I would expect better for 180.00 pet night.

We would have went elsewhere had we known of the remodel

The location was great and the breakfast was outstanding

They were remodeling so all amenities were not available, the sounds from the work crew was also disturbing.
