Cons:

The valet parking that was offered to us upon our arrival was not stated to us that it was an extra charge so when we checked out the credit card was charged for this. Had we known this we would have parked ourselves somewhere else for the night to safe us the extra $.

Overall it was a great stay & I really enjoyed it.
Pros:

Great room & the staff at the main desk & parking were awesome.
Breakfast was amazing as well. The staff at the breakfast counter were really lovely too.

Cons:

The chicken sliders that I had for dinner on Thursday night were a little dry & the bun had gone hard, so wasn't very easy or enjoyable to eat.

Waste of money for a night away from opotiki !! Should used the bakery
Pros:

Stayed here for buffet and it is absolutely crap.. under cooked sausages half the food is not there and hasn't been replaced, selection is average. Very disappointed for $30 per adult , our daughter struggled to find anything worth while either.. was hoping to start the day with a good meal but massively let down and I'm from opotiki so something average would've impressed me hahaha

Food preparation, there actually being food there not just empty trays. Food was cold.
