Fine for a work trip - room is small and basic and the bathroom needs upgrading.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small and the shower was small, old and stained (not actually dirty). We were here for leisure and it’s definite a work trip hotel rather than a nice experience.

La struttura nel complesso ci è piaciuta, sicuramente il rapporto qualità prezzo molto conveniente.
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda dentro Hamilton, vicino a Victoria St, dotata di molti locali dove pranzare/cenare e ad un centro commerciale. Personale disponibile e gentile, stanza comoda.

Cons:

Il bagno era piccolo, dotato di due teli grandi per il corpo e due altri molto piccoli per il viso, ne avrei messi a disposizione altri di media dimensione per i capelli, anche togliendo quelli molto piccoli. Lo scarico del water non era eccezionale.

Central Comfort
Pros:

The Ibis Hamilton Tainui was very centrally located with nice river views of the Waikato river.

The room was modern, new and quite spacious for the Ibis brand. Although compact the bathroom was good. Also enjoyed the TV entertainment channels.

Had a great night's sleep, the bed and pillows were so comfy!

The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious! A simple but nice selection; with friendly and helpful staff.

Overall a great stay, hope to visit again and highly recommend.

Cons:

This is not a negative. The only minor improvement that I will mention, is that for convenience a safe should be available in the room.

Good hotel with nice breakfast right in the middle of town
Pros:

Nice room but quite small from memory. Breakfast was really good and a fair price. Location is excellent for walking into town or along the river

Cons:

The parking was quite expensive though I realise that this hotel is in the centre of town
