Awesome stay
Pros:

Everything from the first moment we pulled into the forecourt and didnt know where to go the lady staff member came out and helped us from valet parking knowing we didnt have to worry about parking our car, and every place we needed to gonwas right there didnt need to use the car. to the reception desk she was amazing!, then the young lady at reception desk who checked us in, was also amazing and helpful. Awesome will definitely stay there again.

Ok but not going back

Close to my job

Cons:

I got there at 1.30 and was told room not ready. I understand that.
That no one offered any better free options for me to park my car as I have a disability and my car has the disability registered but they said I have to pay $42 for velay parking no other options excepted to park up the road. Not good with a disability! Sometimes a little something for free due to health issues will get a rebooking in the future. I will not be going back as I feel it’s all about the dollars.

Very well kept hotel over the years
Pros:

My usual place to stay during business trips to Hamilton. Still clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice view of the river and sunrise. Reasonable price. Friendly staff all around. Good location.

Ideal location, comfy room, great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town, right next to an entrance for the river walk. The buffet breakfast was fantastic.
