Pros:

Location is great. Nice view from window. Easy access and valet parking is so convenient. Free, full buffet breakfast included in price is fabulous.

Cons:

Bed is very firm, and I did not sleep well.

Great place to stay. Good location, nice bar and restaurant attached.
Pros:

Our room had a nice view. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

I am used to a few more toiletries supplied. This only had soap and nothing else.

Overall great for the price
Pros:

Excellent food, lovely views, staff went the extra mile bringing my food up as I was solo with a baby and a toddler.

Cons:

Food price a little outrageous. Tiny bathroom (Superior King).
King bed is two singles joined together creating an uncomfortable ridge down the middle of the bed. Typically no room service, you order from your room then go down to collect it.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great location - only a 5 minute drive to Claudelands, or you could easily walk there in about 20 minutes. Valet parking made things very easy too. Breakfast was great and very comfy bed. Will definitely return.

Cons:

Shower was very small and the plastic base was slippery when you first get in. Shower itself wax great though with plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Also didn’t like that room would light up near entrance door which woke me up a few times. Think maybe corridors lights are on a timer and light either comes in under the door?
