We really enjoyed our stay probably wished we could have stayed longer

Staff where awesome
Nice touch with Easter eggs everywhere on the Sunday breakfast moko loved it

Toilet hadn't been cleaned had someone elses marks on the seat other then that was excellent

High quality accommodation
Pros:

Helpful, friendly staff, high quality bedding, quiet, river views, very clean. We ate delicious nibbles at the lovely bar, enjoyed yummy mocktails, had a nice vibe. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay on the sixth floor.

Cons:

Our only disappointment was the dinner we ordered via room service arrived barely warm and there was no way to reheat it eg no microwave.

Great place to stay for cheaper price!!
Pros:

Great for short stay to sleep. Comfy bed and pillow was perfect for me.

There was loud noise from some where couldn't tell where.

Would never stay here again.
Pros:

Not a lot really. Maybe the view from the window of the river.

Cons:

The room was tiny and first appearance was it looked like a hospital room. The bathroom was so small I could touch each side of walls with hands extended and the shower was awful and very tiny.
No water bottles and the spare pillow had no pillowcase on it.
Very hard to get into the building with your car as one end closed off with a boom gate.
