Parking issues
Pros:

Clean and tidy, lady on reception was friendly when checking in, ladies on checkout blah. Best staff interaction was at breakfast buffet desk, kind, friendly, knowledgable and showed real manaaki ❤️

Cons:

If I knew parking would be an issue I would have definitely booked elsewhere.

This hotel is in a prime location, my stay was perfection

To expensive and wished had shopped around a bit more .
Pros:

The location was good .

Cons:

Parking was ridiculously expensive, and the price was too high for the room .
No lounge to sit on the bathroom looks like it’s just in a cupboard .
It’s a lot of money for just a very average room .

Great staff, super friendly and even more efficient.
The rooms are very comfortable, with everything you need and nothing you don't.
Delicious cocktails available at the bar!

Cons:

It would be great if there was different lighting options in the bathroom for night.
The overhead light is very bright in the wee smalls.
