It was a treat to stay in the Ibis, car valet and wonderful food.
Pros:

Ideal proximity to all venues. In house restaurant, delicious and great selection at breakfast. Beautiful beside the mighty Waikato river.
The staff were ALL so friendly, polite and welcoming.

I asked for a room with twin beds, love the location handy to CBD and close to the Central Bus Terminal. Stressfree with welcoming and accommodating staff.

Disappointed, I wont recommend or stay again. Very bog-standard for the price.
Pros:

clean, comfortable, twin beds available.

Cons:

I was disappointed, a poky room, toiletries was an all-in-one tube of hand/body/hair wash. Not the level of value I would expect for that price.

Pros:

The breakfast was great and and the staff were helpful and friendly
The location was great.

Cons:

The people at the check in counter were impatient and unhelpful, especially when my card declined.

The rooms were small and no where to sit except the bed.
If you arrive after 7pm you will not be able to park your vehicle.

Cons:

When I went to check out 2 staff sitting in the office just ignored me. I know it was early in the morning, but its not like they were busy. Crap customer service ruins the rest of the stay!

Close to central cbd , nice staff.

Cons:

Room was noisey . People loud at 3am. Pillows too bulky. Air cond loud. Floor in shower bit slippery . Parking expensive .
