Hotel room was horrible. Lighting was poor, low ceilings, room was hot and toilet was not working. They did offer to fix the problem but why not offer a new room? We’ve traveled all morning and were tired. I was still charged a night instead of two!!! Like really, I’ll never go there again!!

Very clean and conveniently close to the Dallas Stadium and with several fast food places around the hotel. Staff was friendly, the only downside is that housekeeping did not clean the room nor refilled bathroom necessities or bring fresh towels.

Pros:

No housekeeping for two days. Need more staff on duty. Breakfast attendant, don't speak English. I used to love Hampton. After this trip I am going to change my hotels option.
