Spotless and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Property was spotless. Our room was spotless and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. We also had ample towels.

Cons:

The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied. Same choices every day.

Good but could be better

Staff was exceptional. Location was great!

Cons:

The heat controls were difficult to manage. It never seemed to get the right temperature in the room. I wonder if the heating system had been updated and somehow Celsius in Fahrenheit were switched at any rate, we have stayed here for years more than once a year, matter of fact, and I’ve never had such a difficult time getting the room temperature right.
