Pros:

The property was clean but under construction

Cons:

The fact that fire alarm went off in room and they only have outdoor pool only open certain time of the year and no towel in the room at check in

Great location to watch the sunrise, reasonably priced, but disappointing experience this visit.
Pros:

Location! Location! Location!
Oceanfront and not far from the pier & Waterman's Restaurant.

Cons:

1. Problem with the safe in the room that was still not usable after several conversations/visits from staff (once they finally came).
2. ELEVATOR issues - we thought we were going to get stuck on it! Walking down 8 flights of steps (mind you, 2 senior citizens) to see a staff member on the 6th floor to tell us to "push the door shut because sometimes is sticks". Once on the 1st floor reported to office to be told they'd "reset it".
3. Microwave blew after use for approximately 10 seconds. Called to report, asked "is the TV on too?" It wasn't, but even if it was it shouldn't have blown the fuse. So was I told "where the surge protector was, to reset that & if that didn't work they would check fuses downstairs." Resetting the surge protector did not help so they flipped the switch/fuse from the office and then it worked.

I have stayed at Sure Stay numerous times & have never had any issues. The gentleman that has always been there was not present and I feel like another company took over management and question whether I will stay here again after this experience/trip.

Great stay unless you late night shower... but whatever. It was a great stay.
Pros:

Beautiful views, clean, and spacious. Surprised at such kitchenette ammenities, fully accommodating.

Cons:

Not enough hot water when i showered , later than most. So possibly the time laundry was "hogging" hot water output. Idk

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Kitchen was exactly what we needed to make simple breakfast and basic dinners so we could minimize food costs while we prepared for and attended the competition.

We were traveling with pole vaulter poles for a national competition and they were kind enough to store them on a ground floor room to keep them out of the weather.

Location was quiet with Direct access to the beach.

Cons:

The phone in the bedroom was flashing as if there was a message waiting. I was too tired to figure out how to make it stop.

Parking was tight. We were there during off-season so it was not a problem. Might be an issue when the busy season hits.
