The hotel was good overall the weather was awful but I know that's not your fault
Pros:

We did not get rooms close together my husband and I traveled with an older couple we were on 7th floor they were on 2nd floor. There room the water in bathroom sink quit working and you did offer to move them but the lady has dementia and I didn't think it would be a good idea. The elevator was very noisy and slow. There was no sign in the elevator posting the last time it had been serviced.

Cons:

All in all it was nice and affordable. The staff was nice and helped us everything we asked. The not having the rooms close together was the biggest issue.

Wonderful time @ Sure Stay by Best Western
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, silverware, cups, bowls, dishes and a toaster; The bathroom had plenty of clean towels and even a clothes basket for your dirty clothes. I loved everything about the hotel. All the staff were respectful and kind. They were always friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

I didn't have any complaints!!!

Overall, our stay was good.
Pros:

The location was great, the accommodations were comfortable for the price. The security of the doors was very good and acceptable. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The kitchenette faucet was dripping (it would not completely shut off). I spoke with the front desk and they told me someone would be repairing it. I spoke with the front desk the second day to remind them, but no maintenance person ever came to the room to correct the situation. We could not use the sink during our entire stay.
