I loved my stay at Virginia Beach at an oceanfront Hotel.

I have a family of 5. My oldest daughter was moving into college!!! Before we moved her in, I wanted to stay at a hotel near her college. Since her college was next to VA Beach...I wanted the best(vacation for all of us) before we dropped her off, a balcony room looking at the beach next to EVERYTHING. I searched every motel and hotel within my budget. I'm a researcher. You have to be with a family of 5. Cost, location, strategies and plenty, plenty more for my beautiful 3 daughters and my Queen. Location - This hotel is located in the middle of everything on Atlantic Ave, plan on walking...it was fun and got my two youngest tired for nite nite time. It's an Oceanfront hotel and that is the room I rented. It has 3 rooms-1. room with two double beds. 2. Bathroom. 3 Kitchen, Fridge, TV, pull out couch bed and a long table attached to the wall. Then there is your private balcony. They also have non ocean front rooms as well. It was clean. Easy access to beach. Showerwalkway.Do your research on how to make the best time on Vacation and of course use your own common sense on how your family moves as a unit. In life there is always going to be positive things and negative. The negative for me at this location the parking. But since I read about that already We only moved our car 1 time on 5 day stay and got back early. The elevator. But since I read about that already, We walked the stairs and only used the elevator in extreme situations and at night time. I smoke Newports. My wife does not like it, my kids complain...across the street they have smoke shops. I purchased those nicotine vapes. If you want to smoke, smoke outside...everyone is doing it!!! Its not better but for my girls and Queen, I heard 0.00% complaints about the smell of Newports and 1000% more fun and I want more ice cream from our girls. They also have a pool. It looked very clean. We didn't use it because we are BEACH LOVERS. AND I forgot and remembered that old phrase...

Cons:

What could of been better? Nothing. I researched all the ups and downs about this location......and the staff there helped out 100% of the internet complaints to overcome their issues. There will be some type of issue with any location, that is why there is staff. For my issues. Staff was GREAT!

Wonderful vacation!
Pros:

Location was great. Easy access to beach, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Bedroom was small. Two double beds pushed against the wall with a small walkway between them. It was difficult for the person against the wall to get in and out without climbing over the other person.

Nice Stay
Pros:

I loved it was on the beach. Loved it had the bedroom in a separate room. The stovetop was nice and did have pots and pans, with plates and silverware.

Cons:

The parking was very tight. I had to get a stranger to move my car for me because I did not have enough space to back out. I did not like all the dead bugs in the light fixtures and the smashed bugs on the ceiling. Those could have been cleaned.

Great rooms and staff, elevator a little sketchy but the views are worth it to me
Pros:

Our room had supplied dishes for cooking and eating

Cons:

The air conditioning wouldn't get as cold as my family likes it to go to bed and the elevator needs some servicing, around floors 2 and 3 it was wiggle like something was wrong
