Petit déjeuner très moyen pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Et serveurs lents et pas très attentifs.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Everything was very clean, and the rooms were cleaned regularly and thoroughly. The staff were attentive and always tried to help and accommodate any requests.
We also loved the beautiful view and the toiletries provided in the room. I especially liked the body lotion, shampoo, and conditioner — everything was of very good quality.
Another big plus for us was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel wasn’t overcrowded, so we could really relax by the pool or on the beach without too much noise or people around.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, so there wasn’t much that we didn’t like.
The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. For a short stay, it’s absolutely fine, but since we stayed for more than a week, it started to feel a little repetitive. It would be nice to have a bit more variety and some simple options such as oatmeal, which was rarely available. I also expected the fruit to be a little better, especially the watermelon — in Turkey you usually expect it to be very sweet and flavorful, but here it was quite average and not always sweet.
Another thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located on a hillside, so getting down to the water involves a fairly steep walk, and of course you have to walk back up again. This is not really a criticism of the hotel, just something to be aware of. On the positive side, the hillside location gives you a beautiful view.
La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Pour le petit déjeuner était proposé une grande variété de produits. Le transport pour la plage est un vrai plus. La plage est magnifique.
La chambre que nous avons eu n'avait qu'une vue mer très limitée, bien que nous ayons payé pour une telle vue. Nous n'avons eu que des coussins durs à disposition.
We had such a lovely stay The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful and comfortable, but what really made our experience special was the people working there.
A very special thank you to Ceren at reception she was absolutely awesome and made everything so easy and smooth for us from the moment we arrived. I’m trying to learn a little Turkish, and when I spoke some with her, she told me my Turkish was cute That honestly made my day and encouraged me to keep learning! She was always friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely to talk to.
And a huge thank you to Sakir! Always with an amazing smile and ready to help. He helped us park the car, took care of our suitcases and was incredibly kind and helpful every time we saw him.
It’s people like Ceren and Sakir who turn a beautiful hotel into a place you actually remember. Thank you for making our Bodrum stay so warm and special.
