Impossible to sleep owing to LOUD function underneath our room. Why weren't we warned about this when booking???
Yes, it finished at midnight, but we weren't even given that bit of reassurance before going to bed.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Das Bad war schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen in einem der beiden Zimmer.. Eine Party, da Wochenende und Pub im Haus war störend, aber sie ging nur bis ca 23 Uhr. Das Essen im Restaurant war einfach.

Two of my group got very little sleep owing to a function just below their room, going on until midnight.
We weren't warned about this when booking.
Marks lowered as a result.
An excellent location with good food and friendly staff
The food was great,especially the Sunday Roast. Delicious. The staff were amazing, friendly and very hard working. The hotel is on a prime location. We took the bus from Inverness and were delivered right to the door. This is our second time here and will come back
Its only a minor fault.. the pillows were a bit thin and soft but that could be a personal preference
It was clean ,the staff were pleasant but there was disorganisation on the evening I arrived despite this they were polite helpful and hard working.Excellent breakfast promptly served.Bedroom very clean, well finished en-suite,comfortable bed with mobile charging points clearly the property I being upgraded and it is delivering a clean comfortable room,I slept well.
The wait at reception to get my keys,the wait for my dinner over 90 minutes.No toiletries in bathroom or hairdryer,wallcovering peeling off the wall,I’ll fitting curtains which let in a lot of light,dustbin stained with damp coffee granules in the bottom.
