Breakfast was good, a buffet was there with sweets and salty food
Matress was too used and I could not sleep, also towels were with stains. The staff was not so welcoming also.

A convenient hotel with a good location near the Altstad about 25 minutes walking and the Rhine promonad, very friendly supportive staff mentioning Stas he is a very professional person and helpful.
La zona estaba muy bien a 20 minutos caminando de todas lados, la verdad que en eso estaba muy bien, muchas opciones de comida por la zona. nada mal
el servicio del personal, que no estuvo a la altura de un hotel como este, de mala gana, luego la camara estaba sin hacer y tampoco era muy comoda. pero el hotel dijo que me devolveria dinero por las molestias.

The room was comfortable and very clean, including the bed sheets. The hotel also offers nearby parking and provides a remote control for easy access, which was very convenient.
The main issue during my stay was the check-in experience. Upon arrival, I was asked to provide a €50 cash deposit as a guarantee. This requirement had not been communicated in advance, so I had to leave the hotel and find an ATM to withdraw cash. After a long journey and waiting until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time, I found this inconvenient. Additionally, the request was made in a manner that I felt was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I believe guests should be informed beforehand if a cash deposit is required.
