Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage. Fleckiger Teppichboden. Von wegen Schallisolierung. Autolärm die ganze Nacht. Mein Zimmer hatte nichts zu tun mit den in der Anzeige zu sehenden Fotos. Schäbig und abgewohnt, was natürlich bei der extremen Hitze während meines Aufenthalts noch deutlicher zutage trat.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war für 1 Nacht o.k., aber frühstücken würde ich demnächst eher woanders!
Cons:

Das Frühstück!
1. war als Frühstückszeit auf der Website des Hotels angegeben: Samstags und Sonntags bis 12 Uhr. Tatsächlich gab es jedoch nur bis 10 Uhr Frühstück,
2. Auch, wenn wir erst um viertel nach neun zum Frühstück erschienen sind, erwarte ich schon, dass zumindest noch frische Brötchen, Belag usw. in ausreichender Menge vorhanden sind.
3. Dass man bereits um fünf Minuten nach zehn aufgefordert wird, doch bitte mit dem Frühstücken fertig zu werden, das fand ich dann doch auch recht unpassend.

Frühstücksraum vom benachbartem Hotel Petersburg

Cons:

Personal unfreundlich und kompliziert (Eincheck Prozedur kompliziert). Check- In ab 15.00 Uhr! Obwohl zwei Personen am Check-In waren wurde niemand vorher eingecheckt. Wir waren nur zwei Nächte da. Beim ersten Frühstück Brot war härter als hart. Im Zimmer wurde nur ein Bett gemacht. Tiefgarage vom Nachbarhotel war vorhanden, jedoch eine Zumutung für den Benutzer! ARD und ZDF nicht verfügbar, jedoch anderer Sender vom Osten.

İlk gün asansör bozuktu ve 4 katı elimizde valizlerle çıktık ve yardım eden olmadı. Resepsiyonda sarışın bir bayan vardı ve çok ilgisizdi ve çok sertti. Ama diğer çalışan erkek arkadaş daha iyiydi ve yardımcı oldu. Odalar sıcaktı. Mini bar yeterince soğutmuyordu içecekleri..

De kamer en de klantenservice, dat gratis ov vervoer had ik niet verwacht dat was uitmuntend. Bedankt daarvoor.

Cons:

Warmte maar daar konden jullie niks aan doen en bij een andere hotel was de warmte meer dus was nog blij van de ligging.

Mich wird man da nicht wieder sehen wie gesagt bis auf die Bedienung sehr nett, der Rest nicht Empfehlenswert
