Fabulous stay at this hotel.
Pros:

Everything was fabulous. The room was spotless and housekeeping was very kind to our jet-lagged schedule. The spa was very beautiful and we used those facilities every day. The location to the metro station was very convenient and we used that about everyday to get to the attrations. The breakfast buffet was so abundant with numerous selections. I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was at a top level of service.

Pros:

Een keurig hotel met zeer goed ontbijt. Centraal gelegen, diverse restaurants in de omgeving, wel nog een behoorlijke afstand tot het centrum maar goed ten opzichten van de luchthaven.

Cons:

Kamer te warm, raam kan maar op een kiertje open en dan gaat ook direct de airco uit. Was er in Februari maar kreeg de kamer echt niet onder de 20oC wat ik veel te warm vind om te slapen. Het is echt een turks hotel met heel veel personeel. Tijdens het ontbijt kun je niet even weglopen om nog wat sap bij te halen of bij terugkomst is je eten al weer afgeruimd en moet je weer nieuw eten gaan halen. Service is goed maar je kunt het ook overdrijven, wordt er een beetje zenuwachtig van als er constant iemand achter je staat om je te helpen.

High Quality Hotel, Unsuccessful Front Desk!
Pros:

Hilton Hotel’de 6 günlük konaklamamız oda temizliği, gym, spa, kahvaltı olanakları ile lokasyon bakımından üst düzeydi.

Cons:

Resepsiyon görevlileri ile son gün yaşadığımız 50 dakikalık check out macerası olmasa idi, cidden 10 puanı tereddütsüz verebilirdim.

Per un hotel a 5* dovrebbe rivedere un po’ la politica della reception
Pros:

La pulizia delle camere,la palestra,la spa e la colazione

Cons:

Il personale della Reception…il giorno della partenza hanno impiegato più di 45’ per fare un check out nonostante li avessimo avvisati la sera prima.

Pros:

El personal extraordinariamente amable. El desayuno buenisimo. El gym y el spa tambien perfectos.

Cons:

Nada, me gusto todo. Tal vez el menu del restaurante podria tener alguna comida para deportistas, algun menu healthy, pero en general todo estaba muy bueno y bien elaborado.

Pros:

Amerika Konsolosluğuna taksi ile 10 dakika mesafede. Otelin kendi taksisi var bunu cok begendim. Hem hemen geliyor taksi hem de güvenli. Çalışanlar ilgili, servis güzel, açık büfe kahvaltı var ve sürekli çay- kahve-su servisi yapıyorlar, çalışanlar çok ilgili. Çok temiz, konforlu ve güzeldi. Amerika konsolosluğuna en yakin otellerden biri, tavsiye ederim.

Temiz, güvenli, hizmet iyi, otelin kendi taksisi var.

Pros:

Персонал в ресторане отличный. Расположение не для туризма, но если нужно именно в этот район , то прекрасный вариант, особенно удобен шатл до istinye park. Еще хороший вид с верхнего этажа, если подняться на roof этаж

Cons:

При уборке в номере бывали мелкие недочеты, гель для душа закончился. тапки выкинули и т.д.. Приходилось каждый день звонить на ресепшен и что нибудь просить
