My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Istanbul Maslak for almost two weeks, and we can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
From the very first day until the moment we checked out, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel at home. The hospitality was outstanding, creating a truly comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our entire stay.
The hotel itself was impeccably clean at all times. Our room and all the common areas were maintained to the highest standards, making every day of our stay relaxing and comfortable. The food was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality options that made every meal something to look forward to.
A very special thank you goes to Suleyman Bilgic, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction were beyond exceptional. He took care of every request we had with genuine attention and care, always ensuring everything was handled quickly and perfectly. No request was ever too much, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His positive attitude, outstanding communication, and dedication to excellence reflect the very highest standards of hospitality. People like Suleyman are the reason guests return, and he is undoubtedly a tremendous asset to Hilton.
After spending nearly two weeks at Hilton Istanbul Maslak, we can honestly say that the consistency of the service, the outstanding hospitality, the excellent food, and the exceptional cleanliness never changed—they were exceptional every single day. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard throughout an extended stay, but Hilton Istanbul Maslak exceeded our expectations in every way.
