The hotel was excellent starting from the reception with Mr Rastan ( Irani) staff was very kind and helpful. The suite was large with a very good bed, coffee bar etc. Breakfast was amazing with good variety of food and drinks

We spent a fantastic week at this hotel with my family, our 2 childrens for our vacation. If I went into details, the list of advantages would be endless. What really stood out was the high-quality service, the incredible attention to detail, and the truly upscale feel of the hotel. My family and I felt completely safe and comfortable, which allowed us to fully focus on relaxing, sightseeing, and our beach trips.
Since we arrived by car, the underground parking garage was a massive advantage. Even though it is paid separately, it was worth it: I always found a spot, our car was perfectly safe, and we could easily come and go whenever we wanted with convenient access to our vehicle and luggage.
After long days of exploring the city, jumping into the pools and relaxing in the spa was amazing. It is located in the basement, but it has a wonderful atmosphere, and the best part is that it stays open until relatively late in the evening. I have only good things to say about this place!
At first, I was surprised by the exceptionally high level of security checks (checking cars entering the parking lot, metal detectors at the entrances, luggage screening, etc.). However, within a few days, we got completely used to it, and it actually gave us peace of mind and a sense of safety, knowing they care about the guests' security to such an extent. This must require no small effort from the hotel.

Our stay at Hilton Istanbul Maslak was truly wonderful,
largely thanks to the exceptional hospitality of the front desk team.
I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to
Osman, Erdi, and Kubilay,
who went above and beyond to make our family stay comfortable and memorable.
They were incredibly helpful in rearranging our existing reservation and finding us more suitable room where our family could comfortably spend time together. Their professionalism, flexibility, kindness, and genuine dedication to guest satisfaction made all the difference.
I would also like to thank the bell service team, particularly Yunus and Göktuğ, as well as two other colleagues whose names I unfortunately did not get. All four were helpful and courteous, assisting us with our luggage and making our arrival, departure, and movements around the hotel more convenient. Their assistance was much appreciated, and I would like to extend my thanks to the entire bell service team.
Everything else about the hotel was excellent, and we particularly appreciated the warm hospitality and outstanding service from the reception team.
We left with wonderful memories of our family gathering.

Our only disappointment was an unpleasant experience in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi area.
We noticed two guests smoking near the bar inside the enclosed pool area, yet the bartender did not intervene or seem concerned about it.
However, the same bartender later approached our family while we were enjoying the pool and jacuzzi and asked us to keep our voices down while there were no other guests except us in the pool area.
We found this quite inappropriate and uncomfortable. It was particularly disappointing that smoking in an enclosed recreational area appeared to be tolerated, while a family simply enjoying their time together in the pool was asked to be quieter.
We completely understand the importance of respecting other guests, but we would expect hotel staff to apply reasonable standards consistently, especially regarding indoor smoking and guest comfort.
This was the only negative experience during an otherwise excellent stay, and we hope hotel management will take it into consideration.
the sauna and spa
the cleaning almost never happened. my tray from room service have been in my room the entire stay. they never replenish coffee/water.
