I am a guest of the hotel for business travels. The rooms are always perfect, the staff was always professional. A special mention for Tugce, a very friendly and professional person who embodies the value of this beautiful city.
In my opinion, this is the finest and most beautiful hotel to stay in Istanbul. The location is fantastic, the staff's hospitality is incredible, and the cleanliness and attention to detail are unmatched. Finding the very best of everything here is a real stroke of luck!
