Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege ganz herzlich bei Herrn Süleyman Bilgic für seine vorbildliche Kundenorientierung bedanken. Zu Beginn gab es ein kleines Missverständnis bezüglich unserer Frühstücksbuchung, welches Herr Bilgic jedoch äußerst professionell, schnell und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst hat.
Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl und bestens betreut gefühlt. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder!

Персонал на ресепшн, завтраки, номера и чистота в целом.
Спа и особенно персонал в нём. Очень плохой английский, не было ни полотенец ни тапочек. Странно было слышать требование надеть шапочку в бассейне, ещё и за деньги. Немытые стекла в комнате. И мы отказались от минибара при заселении, было странно, когда у нас на глазах выносили его содержимое, в то время как в других отелях просто фиксируют что было использовано при выселении.
I stay there at least twice a year and spend more than 15 nights since years. Location is great, staff is VERY FRIENDLY and helpful. Breakfast and staff at breakfast is specially great…
Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Rastin at the reception, who was exceptionally welcoming, helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staff was not terribly respectful
The staff were excellent. I'd especially like to thank Bilgiç and Arda for their outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. They made my experience much more enjoyable, and I truly appreciate their help.
I wish they had provided better shampoo and body wash.
Everything was great, it was the second time. Especially the receptionist, Mr. Rastin, who was very patient in helping us.
