De familiekamer was zeer mooi en heel ruim.

Cons:

Wij verbleven recent in het Hilton Maslak in Istanbul en onze ervaring was helaas teleurstellend.

Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we meerdere keren aan de receptie gevraagd om een taxi naar Istinye Park, en telkens werd er zonder verdere uitleg een taxi geregeld. Pas op de laatste dag ontdekten we dat het hotel een gratis shuttle-service aanbiedt naar dezelfde bestemming.

Toen we dit buiten aankaartten bij het personeel dat taxi’s regelt, kregen we plots wél meteen een papier met de shuttle-uren en werd bevestigd dat deze service gewoon beschikbaar was. Dit maakt het extra frustrerend dat we hier eerder nooit over geïnformeerd zijn. Niet bij het inchecken en ook niet toen we specifiek naar vervoer vroegen.

Er werd achteraf verwezen naar “informatie in de lift”, maar dit blijkt slechts een scherm met een reclamefilmpje dat je nauwelijks kan volgen: het duurt te lang, je stapt snel in en uit, en afhankelijk van waar je staat is het zelfs niet leesbaar.

Hierdoor hebben we onnodig meerdere taxiritten betaald, terwijl er een gratis alternatief was. Toen we dit aankaartten bij de receptie, werd er niets gedaan om dit recht te zetten.

Jammer dat er zo weinig transparantie en service was op dit vlak.

If you need a hotel near Maslak area, it is good desision
Pros:

Comfortable hotel in Istanbul Maslak area. Good choice. In the minibar there are even mens socks and tights.

Everything needed for a very comfortable business stay
Pros:

The beds are so comfortable and the AC works well. the Executive Lounge has everything you need with great service. The staff throughout the property are service-oriented.

Cons:

The bottles of shampoo/lotion/etc are frequently empty or broken and the cleaning staff doesn’t check

Остались очень довольны
Pros:

Останавливались в отеле с 18 по 20 апреля 2026 года. Остались очень приятные впечатления от пребывания. Начиная с того, что нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера, учли все пожелания, разрешили выехать на два часа позже, и заканчивая тем, что все машины и такси при въезде проверяет служба безопасности! Отдельное спасибо сотруднику Ялчину за внимательное отношение и помощь с багажом
