Comfortable stop in Medford
Pros:

Nice hotel near the freeway for travel along I5. Amenities-pool, exercise room and breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing really. Basic hotel for traveler for overnight

Pros:

For a short stay this was a good place to stay. Breakfast was better than average and kept very clean.

Cons:

There was no service on July 4th which management did not warn us about. So that did not meet my expectations. Warn people ahead of time. Then in the 5th I requested the room be cleaned and then housekeeper was literally there for 5 min. Under staffed for quality service. Would probably not stay there again due to having to beg for service.

Pros:

The room with the trundle sofa bed was so nice. It was not a typical fold out, but in effect two twin beds. It was very comfortable and very nice for our twin boys.

Pros:

Location was good for why I was there. The bed was comfortable. There was lots of space in the room. Breakfast options were good. I like the workout room.

Cons:

There were multiple nights of really loud people out on the patio After 10 o’clock at night. The patio was below the rooms. The front desk staff did not answer the phone. I had to physically go down to the desk to speak to the person running the desk at 10:30 at night. I went to ask them to please get the people out on the deck to quiet down or go to bed. After going to breakfast the next morning, the phone was ringing off the hook with the front desk person nowhere to be found. Someone actually found them gossiping with breakfast staff and let them know that the phone was ringing off the hook.

SpringHill in Medford
Pros:

Hotel is very close to Hwy 5, Walmart, and places to eat. Rooms were clean and it seemed like they were recently updated. Our room was on the top floor but close to the elevator. We constantly heard people talking and pushing the luggage cart as they exited the elevator. Also, kids were running through the hallway which made our door vibrate. Streaming service was not working and the front desk never followed up with me on the status. The walls are really thin because we could hear the guests next to us talking and making constant noise.
