Front desk associate was very friendly
I was charged a 25.00 cleaning fee for a stained pillow case apparently? When I went into the room there was already a stain under the covers on the side of the bed, that was weird in my opinion so I mentioned something to my boyfriend. It also smelt like stale smoke inside the room or like a strange stagnant smell. When I saw the charge on my card I inquired about it to find out that it was from a “stain on the pillow case,” it was only 25.00 but I am furious. We stay there often and what do we pay a room rate for? Which isn’t cheap by the way. I can understand if something was broken or stolen, but charging for linen changes is absolute insanity and we will not be back

The room was outdated, the air conditioner was loud and ineffective, and it barely worked. The bathroom fan was horribly noisy. Everything is either worn out or poorly painted. It’s simply far too expensive for the lack of quality
Everything was good and clean, I love the complementary breakfast, just a weird bold guy with glasses staring at us when we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our uber made our experience bad.
