Pros:

Resort muy cerca del centro de Hoi an( 10 min andando) por lo que es súper cómodo. Las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. El personal muy amable

Toller Service, Frühstück war jeden Tag frisch und abwechslungsreich. Sehr nah an der Altstadt fussläufig, Pool war klein aber ausreichend.

Cons:

Kleines Problem mit der Dusche nachts gehabt, war innerhalb einer halben Stunde repariert.

Notre chambre premium était très grande et très belle, mais elle donnait soit sur le parking : beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin en raison des nombreux départs de groupes et des personnes qui parlent très fort....
Les autres chambres premium proposées donnent soit côté rue soit côté piscine ce qui signifie au moins autant de bruit.....
À ce prix tout est important ! C'est bien dommage que cela ne soit pas pris en compte....

Excellent location and the breakfast was like one you might receive on a cruise, absolutely fantastic. Would absolutely recommend this resort. We did not want to leave and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Charming and comfortable, with superb staff!!!
Pros:

I loved the girls in the spa - they were all so lovely!

Cons:

Nothing, it was perfect!!! I stay at expensive hotels all over the world, and even though this is very cheap compared to the ones I normally stay in, it is very charming and very comfortable!!! Thank you for a lovely holiday!!!

中庭で朝食がとれるのがとても良い。
部屋の天井が高いので開放的。

Cons:

部屋の防音設備が悪い。
チェックインの際、部屋に案内されるまで20〜30分くらいまたされた。
