Great location but overall experience did not match 4 stars.
Pros:

The location is great - the old town is a short walk away. The garden was pleasant to be in and taking the breakfast outside was nice. The room was large and provided the basic comfort.

Cons:

- the breakfast was not great, starting from the coffee that you needed to pay for and the quality of food.
- the fridge in the room didn’t work properly. Food bought in the evening was not good in the morning.
- the kids club didn’t have any babysitting - just toys to play, no supervision.

4th time I have stayed there over 16 years.
Pros:

It was perfectly located. Having the wellness centre, gym ,pool and restaurants in house was a huge benefit.

The staff was good. We had 3 rooms; 2 of them had a slight sewer smell. Staff were quick to action, put a few diffusers, etc. The rest was great

Perfect hotel for the highlights of Hoi An
Pros:

Location- perfect. Close to the night market and river and all the shops. Large rooms, great pool, good breakfast. The staff were very helpful

Cons:

The dark drapes don’t stop the light in the morning. You can hear everything from the corridor outside- every person who walks by

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent and very well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.

The breakfast was rich and offered a great variety of options. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with anything we needed.

The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. I would also highly recommend trying the massage, it was truly excellent and a perfect addition to the overall experience.

I would definitely stay here again!

Great value , highly recommend!
Pros:

Great location. Nice boutique feel hotel in heart of Hoi An. Lovely pool. Breakfast was excellent especially banana pancakes. Would recommend.

Cons:

Nothing significant. If you were on a back facing room I’d imagine it would be noisy.

Nice stay in a great location
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fresh and prepared foods as well as made-to-order options. The pool was very nice, large enough to swim short laps. The gym was small but there was a nice set of weights and equipment was in good shape.

Cons:

The gym could have used a fan to augment the AC, which wasn't too effective.

Amazing stay at the historic. Loved everything about this place. Highly, highly recommended.
Pros:

Fantastic location, comfy beds, large spacious and air conditioned rooms. Perfect spot..not far from shopping area but back from street so very quiet. Loved the breakfast and eating in the outdoor garden each morning. Staff were outstanding. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Séjour au pied du "DRAGON"

Pas loin du dragon , restauration locale à 2 pas !!!
Personnel attentionné et pro .
Top dans l'ensemble même si la plupart du temps nous sommes à l'extérieur mais c'est à souligner, on s'occupe de vous !!!

Pros:

Friendly staff, beautiful trees to sit under for breakfast or reading a book, good breakfast, nice grounds full of plants. I recommend it, a solid choice. Surprisingly quiet given that it's right in town.

Cons:

I'll offer a practical tip here ... like nearly every hotel, there's never enough places to hang/dry things. A drying rack/more hooks for wet swimmers, bath towels, or sweaty clothes would be welcome. (Not picking on this hotel, I write this everywhere as a hint ...)
