Pros:

The staffs were very friendly and respectful..Service were excellent. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Hoi An. Location is excellent close to the Old Town, markets and restaurants. Best experience!!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Hoi An

Location, staff and simplicity of this hotel is just the best! Have stayed here twice now and just love it!

Pros:

部屋の作りがうまくできていた。トイレとバスルームがうまく離れている。鏡も複数あるなど。朝ごはんのメニューが豊富だった。また、庭が広く木陰にテーブルが置いてあり日中ゆっくり過ごすことができた。

Cons:

冷蔵庫の冷え具合がイマイチ。シャワーの水圧が低い。わかっていたことだがオールドタウンまで若干距離がある。プールサイドの部屋にしたため、日中はプールにいる人の声が聞こえる。

Pros:

Everything was just perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff is really friendly and welcoming. Perfect place to go with children, huge garden, pool clean and in the shadow. Thank you very much for everything!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is beautiful and had a peaceful feel about it

The hotel has beautiful maintained gardens with lots of relaxing areas to sit in. It is close to the old town centre so you won’t need to walk too far. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great pool to cool down in. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Smoothly check-in process. I highly recommend this hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

This hotel is located on the edge of the ancient city, the grounds are spectacular. It is an escape

The staff. They were accomodating for my partners food intolerances and made sure we were always happy. Regardless of the time of day, everyone of them welcomed you with a smile and Xin Chau (Hello). The rooms were clean and the grounds well manicured with lots of places to sit and chat, drink or eat. We would definitely stay here again. When you enter the grounds it is like you have left the world behind.

Cons:

It would be nice if the pool closed a lot later, like midnight. Often coming back from dinner it was after 9 and we would have loved to be able to have a swim to cool off. But other than that, there was not a thing we could have complained about.

Great location to visit old town with great service
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory

Cons:

Stayed at this place 8 years ago. nothing has changed. It has become very dated. Although the rooms were clean the bathroom could do with a refresh. The pool and grounds were nice but it just needs a little sprucing up.
