Hotel in buona posizione non troppo lontano dalle vie turistiche. Qualità prezzo ottima come pure il personale. Ci hanno fatto la colazione al sacco poichè dovevamo partire la sera e quindi non potevamo usufruire della colazione. Possibilità di noleggio bici gratuito.

Cons:

Piscina aperta solo fino alle 18.30/19 e frutta a colazione un pò limitata.

Uno degli hotel più cari del nostro viaggio in Vietnam, ma il prezzo è giustificato: struttura curata, camera spaziosa, ottimi servizi e diverse attività all'interno dell'hotel. La colazione è ricca, con proposte sia dolci che salate, e il personale è molto gentile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa riguarda la prenotazione: per motivi personali abbiamo dovuto chiedere di annullare, purtroppo oltre i termini previsti, e non ci è stata concessa nessuna flessibilità. Capisco le regole, ma da una struttura di questo livello mi sarei aspettato un po' più di disponibilità.

Sfeervol hotel met geweldig personeel op een top locatie in Hoi An
Pros:

Op loopafstand van alles het moois wat Hoi An heeft te bieden. Het personeel was het liefste en vriendelijkste van onze hele trip! Continue aandacht, ook aan het zwembad. Een sfeervolle tuin en een oase van rust in het drukke Hoi An.

Cons:

De kamers waren wat gedateerd en het ontbijt was prima en lekker maar op sommige vlakken wat basic.

Pros:

Très bien placé près du centre historique mais au calme. Personnel cordial. Chambres un peu impersonnelles mais confortables. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et une excellente qualité des produits de grande fraîcheur.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de conseils "touristiques" à la réception. Nous avions demandé conseil pour louer un scooter mais personne n'a pu nous indiquer un endroit précis.

Lovely, would recommend!
Pros:

All of the staff were amazing here! We specially loved the tour they helped us book to Ba Na Hills. The tour guide Bao was incredible and made our day. The hotel is large and very accomodating. A short walk to old quarter and the river.

Cons:

The walk way to the spa could have been thought out better for those with mobility issues. The pool gets very warm during the day, although I'm not sure that can be helped in peak summer in Hoi An!
