All in all,the best
Pros:

We are just finishing a 3 week trip around Vietnam and Cambodia and this was the best accommodation we struck. Great rooms,wonderful staff,and an excellent position.Even better than all of that was the pool.With the weather hot and sticky and not in a hurry to sightseeing it was a great place to hang out. As you can tell we loved this hotel.

Ok but not top of my list.
Pros:

Nice pool area. Restaurant for dinner was average and I was the only diner, discovered later that everyone goes into town.

Cons:

The rooms are annoying in small details. They provide an electric jug but no power outlet nearby. Plug it in beside the bed on the floor or maybe bathroom. Shower over the bathtub, with the highest bath I have seen - so high they provide a step outside. The grab bar at the bath has sharp edges, surely you should use rinsed tube? An overall average experience in the room.

Buen hotel!!
Pros:

Hotel con todos los servicios, desayuno muy bueno.
Buena ubicación, al lado del centro pero dentro del hotel no se oye el tráfico.
Nos dejaron bicis.
Mención especial a Ms kieu que se preocupó por solucionar el problema del ruido del AC que tuvimos en la habitación

Cons:

El Ac se oía bastante por la noche, nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación pero no era tan molesto para eso, se preocuparon mucho por que estuviéramos a gusto en el hotel

great place to stay, close to old quatre & very authentic
Pros:

breakfast was great, fresh dailey fruits & pastries.
Staff were very friendly especially "skippy" our singing waiter who was more than helpful & went out of his way to make us feel welcome & confortable.
I also appreciated the flowers on arrival for my birthday

Cons:

The view from our room was non existent. otherwise all good
