L’insonorisation inexistante, manque d’ascenseur pour monter les bagages.

Un bon endroit à partir duquel partir à la découverte de Lyon
Pros:

Du personnel attentif, chaleureux, avec de bonnes suggestions concernant la découverte de la ville. Un bon emplacement dans la ville, proche des zones touristiques par les transports en commun, mais dans une rue calme et pas trop passante. Un bon rapport qualité/prix pour le petit déjeuner. Un patio lumineux.

Cons:

L'escalier à l'ancienne qu'on prend plaisir à emprunter compense amplement l'absence d'ascenseur !

Pros:

Très bon accueil à la réception, avec une personne qui prend le temps de donner des conseils. Petit déjeuner complet et bons produits. Literie confortable.

Cons:

La chambre sans fenêtre sur un extérieur pour pouvoir aérer, il y faisait un peu chaud.

Pas de digicode pour entrer pendant la nuit. Il faut sonner et attendre que qqun vienne ouvrir. L'attente est parfois un peu longue, dommage

Je reviendrai quand il fera meilleur pour profiter du patio !
Pros:

J'ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel, leur abord souriant et leur empressement à aider si besoin...
Le reste était très bien, la chambre un peu petite ainsi que la salle d'eau, mais c'est en rapport avec le prix...
J'ai aimé aussi le bâtiment, les angelots dans les couloirs (!), le patio et tut ce qui fait le charme d'une vieille bâtisse témoin d'un temps ancien...

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct mais, s'il faut vraiment chercher une critique à faire, disons qu'il peut être encore meilleur (mais on serait alors dans un 5 étoiles !!!!)

Agréable,fonctionnel et très bien situé pour une famille.
Pros:

Le personnel vraiment très aimable ,l’emplacement est vraiment top,le quartier sympa,l’hôtel charmant.
Je recommande cet hôtel nous y reviendrons très probablement.
Petit déjeuné vraiment top !

Cons:

La chambre familial est un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle.
Les marches pour accéder à la mezzanine sont originales et une fois en haut les adultes ne tiennent pas debout.
Franchement ,peu importe car les enfants ont beaucoup aimé.C’était leurs coins .

People were nice and helpful, the hotel looked cleaned

Cons:

The room was so small that it was unconfortable to walk around, it ,ight have been the smallest I have every seen... I had to walk on the side to access bed, shower etc, also after reaching the bed, it wasn t comfortable and the breakfast can be better
