Disappointed
Pros:

How clean the room and building are.

Cons:

How dark the room was especially the bathroom, one dim light in mirror, shower/tub did not drain, and no place to hang towel next to shower, showerhead support bar very loose, stopper didn't work in sink, clean towel rack hangs above/on toilet very unsanitary. Seals on exterior window bad was like looking through mud. No real good reason to stay again or recommend to others.

we had a great time with our granddaughter
Pros:

the room was clean and comfortable. the pool and hot tub were nice. the beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good also. I would stay here again.

Short stay, sweet experience
Pros:

Was close to medical appointment. Friendly staff, updated rooms, made trip easier to handle. Will stay again, if needed.

Super nice AmericInn
Pros:

Very clean and spacious rooms, clean and a great breakfast. This is a 3 story hotel with no elevator so beware of that. Other than that it was a 10 out of 10 with walk to choices for lunch and dinners.

Great staff and stay.
Pros:

Excellent and kind staff. Came to Iron Mountain MI for a wedding. Three nights here. Clean room. Great shower pressure. Pool and Hot Tub were very nice. Good breakfast with a lot of items including waffle maker. Would stay here again.

Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The lobby did not have container of cold water like every other American inn we have stayed at. No herbal tea available. The coffee in the lobby was not available until 630 am . The room only had one serving of coffee for a double queen room. When asking for more because there was none in the lobby got attitude from front desk clerk and only given two when asked for three. Same clerk was very rude at checkout.

Lipstick on a Pig, No elevator no working spa the night time manager doesn’t no ADA law as far as service animal E grade
Pros:

Place is old and run down then they try to add on fees it was supposed to be $171 but its now $175 I don’t know why. They were doing construction at 9:15 pm drilling and hammering in the next room. The spa wasn’t working the manager said I couldn’t bring my service animal in eating area for continental breakfast. Wyndham this is very bad

I would not chose to stay there again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room had an overwhelming smell of pine sol or some cleaner and yet the floor was dirty and sticky.

Somewhat OK.. not much for doughnuts.. bread .. and only ham for meat with the eggs
