Puteți sa îmbunătățiți condițiile si facilitățile
Pros:

Hotel situat in centru orașului, foarte aproape de restaurante si magazine.
Micul dejun diversificat si bun.

Cons:

Hotelul trebuie renovat mai ales mobilierul din camere si sunt foarte puține locuri de parcare disponibile in fata hotelului si in curtea si incinta lui. Fara piscina si un spa care nu e 4 stele clar din pacate, iar maseorul lor care era un indian era un ciudat. Eu am vrut sa fac un masaj se relaxare la tot corpul la 63 de euro de 50 minute si el îmi spunea ca nu pot face decat un masaj care durează 2 ore si care costa 130 de euro cu pietre calde , căldură, etc...
Eu vroiam doar un simplu masaj de relaxare la tot corpul din vârful tălpilor si pana in creștetul capului ca la orice Spa de la un hotel se 4 stele care se respecta si il are in oferta, nu sa incerce el sa-mi bage pe gat pachetul lui cel mai scump de masaj.
O mare tâmpenie.

Cons:

Номер ужасный . Все старое. Я не знаю кто восхищался этим отелем , потому что я его выбрала именно по отзывам . Но все такое старое. Халатов нет, шампуни и бальзама для волос нет . Этот отель не стоит таких денег .

Pros:

Very nice hotel,right in the centre of the city, very clean , i usually stay at my in laws on my visits but this time i wanted to stay in the city and to venture to the local shops and restaurants to improve my Moldova language. Would definitely book here again to stay

Cons:

Everything was great , just I wish to have an Irish flag outside with the rest of the flags one day 😉

Cons:

Pokoj mial byc z balkonem ale trudno nazwac balkonem cos co bylo duzym oknem z krata zabezpieczajaca. Menadzer przekonywal ze to balkon i pomimo interwencji wogole nie zaproponowal zadnego rozwiazania. Sniadnia monotonne bardzo slabe.

Pros:

Залишались в готелі на ніч перед рейсом. Це чудове місце, номер був затишний і зручний. Адміністратор Ніколай був дуже дбайливий до нас. Я заздалегідь домовилась з ним про трансфер. Ми приїхали в Кишинів раніше ніж очікували, але Ніколай не змусив нас чекати на автостанції, і приїхав за нами раніше ніж домовлялись. Також о 5 ранку відвіз нас у аеропорт і домовився щоб нам спакували сніданок
