Hôtel Mermoz

This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes.

A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate.

We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Perfect for a long weekend.

Good location for the bus for the airport and central Toulouse

Nice hotel very friendly staff at reception. Rooms are comfy just fine for a couple of nights stay. We were but a short walk from the centre of town. Also handy was a supermarket right next door. Having a car park was handy as we couldn’t use train system because of strikes. I Would recommend this quaint hotel and yes would stay again.

There was nothing particularly wrong with the room, although it was a bit smaller than i anticipated. The decor was a bit drab and the "view" was dreary but the essentials were ok. I will admit to being a little surprised that it was a 4 star; it seemed more a 3. However, what was not particularly great was the entrance: a dark tunnel ending in a creaking gate that required one to buzz for entrance - but hard to find the button in the dark. That was followed by three sets of stairs to haul your luggage up. In short, you initially feel like you have walked into a horror movie. Now, as I said, in the end it was reasonably ok and the staff - Miles in particular - were all great, but this property needs to put some work into creating a better first impression. Some renovations (apparently planned) would also help.

Gym was rather tired. Low ceiling with sharp corners...accident waiting to happen.

Convenient location, good parking available, area is near the historic section of the city. Staff is helpful, good breakfast.

Hard to complain when it's a Hotels.com complimentary booking but the pictures of the hotel are very well taken. Pool area not as it looks and so the bar also. Rooms are tired and air con hardly comprehendable. On the plus side Miles on reception was delightful.

Nice hotel near train station. Quiet. Friendly staff. The room was a little tight. The breakfast was top quality.

The hotel was well placed. It was comfortable and clean.
The curtain in our room was torn.
There was not always a non slip bath met left.
As there are no eating facilities, apart from breakfast, I would suggest access to a microwave.

Lovely cool oasis in a hot summer city. Kooky pool. Good location and unobtrusive staff.

The property was located within walking distance of everythijng that I wanted to see in Toulouse. It was clean and safe and the staff was very attentive and accommodating. The standard rooms are quite small though and I would want a larger room if I was staying for any longer than 1 night

Just learned expedia thinks i received a room upgrade and late check out. Was not informed of any of that and if that was the upgraded room i lower my rating to a 1. The biggest issue is that it reeks of penny pinching. The tv is pre-usb. The ac cant be adjusted. The rooms are scuffed. My shower nozzle didnt stick in place. The stopper popped out of the tub. My room was next to the elevator. You could hear it and music from the lobby. Lobby computer mouse didnt work. They were arguing with another customer over a 50E smell fee they were charging them. Room wasnt ready at stated deadline. One hour past. Manager didnt seem to be on site. Its just a place that makes you feel unimportant. The neighborhood is also bad. Stay closer to the river.
