Cons:

The lock on our door didn’t work properly and we had to go to the front desk several times. They were unable to fix the problem which was mechanical and that caused a big inconvenience because we couldn’t get into our room when we left.

Pleasant.
Pros:

Good Central location, comfortable beds, clean. Breakfast very nice.

Cons:

Bathroom. Strange shower (even with a sign giving directions I couldn't figure it out!) Only one small grab bar. Toilet needs to be ADA height. Only one sink for the double room.
Also Only one elevator in the building and it was having issues the morning we were checking out. We carried our bags down the stairs.
