Would stay again if I was in the area.
Pros:

Rooms are comfortable, clean and good size. Our room had a balcony which we enjoyed. We could see a little bit of the ocean which was nice. The front desk, especially Chris, was very helpful!

Cons:

Breakfast was very very basic. No waffle maker. No fresh fruit. Just eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels and toast. 2 types of cereal. For the price if the room, it would of been nice to see a better selection.

Pros:

Property needs maintenance. Swimming pools dirty, walls need repaired and painted, flooring in elevator is bad, room is dated and needs remodeled. Towels were insufficient and honestly Best western hotels provide a much better value for your money.

Definitely not worth the high price they charged

Great place, great breakfast, great location.
Pros:

Hot breakfast: eggs and sausage, etc.

Cons:

I booked with Booking.com, they didn't have my booking even though I had a confirmation email and #. Because of this, it took a little while to check in. They did honor the booking.com price, but I did have to ask for it.

Was terrible had there not been fees to cancel upon arrival we would not have stayed past the parking lot

Some of the staff were very rude
The rules that the property has do not apply to everyone
10 pm adult swim was not enforced either day we were there
There is no smoking of any kind posted anywhere in the property of face a 250.00 fee and someone was smoking on their patio by our room the fan we had on the entire time of our stay because the rooms were hot and no ac even thought I requested ac the person smoking was not confronted or talked to and our room filled with smoke smell
The jacuzzi was non functional and not posted on there sight
We requested a room with a king bed and got 2 queens and I left a note on our reservation that I was disabled and there was no response we were put in the second floor with an elevator that had issues and the door kept opening and closing without moving overall bad bad bad don’t waste your time one of the maids left stuff up and down the hallway that we put in our garbage in our room

Good Place to Stay while on the run!
Pros:

The Facility was Clean and Safe. There was a Decent Breakfast and House Staff there to Help. The Central Location was Nice Looking. Close Proximity to the Beach with a Short Walk. The Housekeeping and Breakfast Crew were Very Friendly and Helpful!

Cons:

King Bed seemed to Tilt Downward toward the Foot, Pillows were Small, Very Thick and Stiff. The Cost for a Pet was More than advertised online, Front Desk Attendants could use some Positive Customer Service Classes, as they were not very friendly and positive.

Cons:

First off, this is my go to hotel in lincoln city and we go there multiple times a year. However this was our first visit this season and i was super disappointed with the rapid decline that appears to be happening. The room smelled like a wet dog and was not cleaned very well. The pool was very cold and not very clean. It was difficult to enjoy swimming in with how cold it was. The sauna has also been broken for over 6 months. The underwater light fixture had broken free and was hanging by the wires and had a bunch of green algea coming out of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. On top of the decline in maintenance and quality of stay the price has gone up significantly. Will probably not return.
