First off, this is my go to hotel in lincoln city and we go there multiple times a year. However this was our first visit this season and i was super disappointed with the rapid decline that appears to be happening. The room smelled like a wet dog and was not cleaned very well. The pool was very cold and not very clean. It was difficult to enjoy swimming in with how cold it was. The sauna has also been broken for over 6 months. The underwater light fixture had broken free and was hanging by the wires and had a bunch of green algea coming out of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. On top of the decline in maintenance and quality of stay the price has gone up significantly. Will probably not return.
The Facility was Clean and Safe. There was a Decent Breakfast and House Staff there to Help. The Central Location was Nice Looking. Close Proximity to the Beach with a Short Walk. The Housekeeping and Breakfast Crew were Very Friendly and Helpful!
King Bed seemed to Tilt Downward toward the Foot, Pillows were Small, Very Thick and Stiff. The Cost for a Pet was More than advertised online, Front Desk Attendants could use some Positive Customer Service Classes, as they were not very friendly and positive.
It was conveniently located.
The rooms had a funky smell probably from the cleaner but the coffee pot was not clean and the door to the bathroom was all bubbled from the steam in the bathroom.

Everything was great
Ice maker downstairs didn’t work.
No clean towels in the pool area. The pool area had not been picked up for evening.
Breakfast was good.
Check-in didn't have the cot that was requested at time of booking. It took quite a bit of time to get checked in.. The pool spa area had peeling paint and mold growing on the walls. The sauna was out of order. And the only Ice machine was up on the third floor.
Room was nice, loved balcony, had a decent view of the ocean
Breakfast didn't change every day. Always biscuits and gravy. Got old after 2 days

vine hace dos años y lo encontré muy agradable pero ahora esta como descuidado se ve un poco mas viejo la piscina estaba llena aunque es época de verano, el sauna no funcionaba y por eso elegimos este 😟

It didn't matter on my trip but I don't think they have AC. Really no complaints.
The late pool/hot tub use was the most exceptionally needed thing that we wanted i will stay here every time because of this!!!!
Beds were a little uncomfortable but not too bad.
Clean and welcoming environment. The person that selected my room was friendly.
My room was near a family with little children. The noise factor disrupted my hopes of a short nap after check in and a quiet night of rest after the beach. Children across the hall and a couple Nextdoor. My sleep was interrupted more than once.
