The pool was our purpose of staying there.
Pros:

The room was fine.

Cons:

We didn't like the fact that when we checked in, the clerk didn't mention the fact the pool was going through a changing of pump parts. Closed the whole time of our stay. When we checked out no reduction of our bill!

Pool closed with no notice
Pros:

Location is good. Ive stayed here several tines for the value.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. This was the whole reason I booked for a birthday trip to use the pool for the person with disabilities I support. Making this a waste of time and money for them.. The person I was taking had gone out and spent time and money purchasing a new swimsuit and saves and budgets for small trips like this. Some sort of notice like an email etc would have stopped this from being an issue. When I was frustrated at the situation the employee seemed annoyed with me....I was not rude to him just explaining to my client it was closed and disappointing but we would try and have fun anyway. The clerk then looked up and said "we can just cancel the stay" i told him no it was 6pm and I was paying cash due to it being a work stay, there was nowhere for us to go. This seemed hostile in tone not helpful. Again I was not angry at the workers, just disappointed at the situation as it was the whole purpose of the trip.

I liked that initially it felt’s comfortable and some employees were nice at first…

Cons:

One of the employees was pointing out “how big a guy was” then our bathroom flooded due to the person above us so they had us move to another room. Mind you this room wasn’t like our other room and it was super inconvenient for us. The glass bottom part in the microwave doesn’t fit so it spilt our water over and we had to clean it up, it was missing a second chair, our tv didn’t at first in the second room we had to call someone up, and there was a few other things that went wrong. We had asked for a partial refund for all these inconveniences and they wouldn’t even do that! Super disappointed definitely won’t be staying again.

I would choose another location next time.
Pros:

The rooms were fairly clean, although there was a minor ant problem. I ignored it because I know how pesky ants can be. It was not bad.

Cons:

Friendliness of the staff - I probably got only TWO staff to smile ever (breakfast attendant and some random cleaning lady on the elevator). The breakfast was not great, but was quick and did the job.
