Pros:

Breakfast was just the right amount of food to get us going. Rooms were good size and very clean. .Good value

I like everything about our stay. We Did not think it would be very nice for what we paid but we were wrong.

This may have been one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I've stayed at.
Pros:

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was just as clean and comfortable as a more luxury hotel. The complimentary breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh bagels and muffins and really good coffee. I would definitely seek out a Spark for my next hotel stay.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell in the breakfast room. Somewhat of a "low tide" or "fishy" smell. It wasn't that bothersome. I just contributed it to the hotel location at the beach.

Liked the price & location & the staff was really nice gave suggestions on where to go eat like the Whicked Wheel which was amazing the catfish, creamed corn,salad & burger were awesome definitely go there!!! Our room was clean & nice shower. The African American women was really nice in the breakfast area I asked if there were more oranges & first she said no then she found one & brought it to me.

Cons:

The choices for breakfast aren't that good the yogurt that pours out is runny they should just have different small containers & Greek ones for people to choose from.

I like that it was in a spot where you just walk everywhere and the beach was around the corner from the hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was not at all good because I was expecting a hot breakfast each day so if they were to put a hot buffet in the it would be awesome!
