Great location, but overpriced for the quality
Pros:

The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring Paris. The staff was polite and friendly, which we appreciated. However, the room was very small, and it was disappointing that the room was not cleaned and the sheets and towels were not changed every day. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and comfort. Overall, a good location and kind staff, but not great value for money.

La réception s'est trompé de chambre, j'ai eu la chambre 505 au lieu de la 6??. l
La reception s'en est rendu compte le lendemain.
J'ai visité la chambre de ma soeur qui était en même temps dans l'hôtel. Celle-ci a eu une belle chambre alors quelle a payé
moins que moi. Je pense que je me suis fait arnaqué

Super localisation, accueil parfait mais literie trop inconfortable
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes de nombreuses lignes de métro. Le quartier est calme. Le personnel de l'hôtel est aux petits soins, souriant et à l'écoute. De nombreux cafés et brasseries sont aux alentours

Cons:

Les lits jumeaux sont très étroits, 80 cm, je ne pensais pas trouver cela dans un hôtel. Une seule lampe de chevet au mur. La moquette au sol est d'une hygiène discutable. La salle de bains, baignoire et sèche serviettes est d'un autre temps. Le robinet menace de se détacher du mur.

Chambre très bien, propre et au calme. Bien situé car métro à côté... Accueil agréable et souriant..
Par contre le petit déjeuner à 18 euros est vraiment inacceptable... 8 h du matin pas de pain ni croissant aucun choix.... Tout est congelé.. Ils prévoient pour tant de personnes donc le temps de cuire les pains... Nous n'avons rien à manger... Un buffet pour ce prix là devrait au moins proposer plusieurs choix. Vraiment scandaleux de vendre des pts déjeuners à ce prix là.

Le petit déjeuner à ce prix là est proprement inadmissible... 18 euros !!!!!!

Chambre sale, je pense qu'on m'a attribué une chambre qu'ils ont "oublié" de nettoyer apparemment, j'ai du attendre pour qu'on m'attribue une autre chambre tout en me disant que l'hôtel était complet ? Nouvelle chambre (finalement trouvée ?) qui avait une odeur de renfermé ou de moisi je ne sais pas.. odeurs des draps, bruits dans le couloir, salle de bain qui paraît propre mais au final problème de peau suite à l'utilisation des serviettes qui étaient sûrement la depuis un moment.. heureusement que j'ai eu une promotion parce que je ne suis pas sûr que j'aurai apprécié le prix initial pour ce genre de prestation.
