Portes et verrous très bruyants et même si l’établissement n’y est pour rien, beaucoup de clients n’ont aucune discrétion ni aucun respect pour les autres lorsqu’ils rentrent au milieu de la nuit.

No fridge in room if being picky!

La climatisation n'a pas bien marché jusqu'a la fin de la nuit jusqu'à l'aube... Petite chambre donnant sur escalier de secours.

L'aria condizionata non funzionava, nonostante noi avessimo scelto questa struttura apposta per questo servizio. Ci è stato detto sarebbe stata riparata prontamente, cosa che non è successa. Ci è stato allora detto che ci avrebbero trovato una nuova stanza, in quella o in un'altra struttura, facendoci fare i bagagli. Una volta fatti, dopo aver aspettato due ore in albergo, ci hanno detto che non ci sarebbe stata data un'altra stanza. Le temperatura raggiungevano i 37 gradi nelle nostre stanze, era una situazione invivibile. Quando allora abbiamo chiesto quale fosse la soluzione, ci è stato detto che ci avrebbero ridato i soldi delle notti rimanenti (cosa che tra l'altro è prevista dalla legge, dato che i servizi promessi non erano presenti) ma ovviamente non quelli delle notti già trascorse in albergo, e che avremmo dovuto trovare un altro albergo. Hanno insistito che non sarebbe stato un problema trovare un altro albergo per quella stessa notte, allo stesso prezzo, cosa ovviamente non vera. Abbiamo cercato un altro albergo a un prezzo simile, ma con così poco preavviso è stato impossibile trovarlo. Un peccato veramente, rovinato tre intere giornate del nostro soggiorno. La struttura in se non è male, le stanze erano in buone condizioni.

There was no minibar at all in reference to what’s been advertised on their website. Not a lot of options for breakfast. The bathroom is not well-kept. There were flies in the room from day one, which we didn’t know how they got in the room. On the fourth and fifth night of our stay, air condition wasn’t working , we reported it straight away to reception on the first
instance that it happened and
was told to wait for the technician . We waited up to midnight but nobody fixed it. We had to open the windows just to keep the room cooler especially that week that we were in was when we had that heatwave up to 40 degrees Celsius . We reported it again first thing the next morning but the reply we get was a “sorry, there’s nothing we can do but wait for the technician”. Until 2pm when somebody came to sort it out but couldn’t fix it. I’ve ask if they could move us to another room but said they were full, I’ve asked if they have at least electric fans but said they haven’t got any. We were just left to cope with a room with no air conditioning with a heatwave going on the whole week. It was a terrible experience. We couldn’t sleep because of the hot temperature and the noise from the windows being open. We wished we hadn’t booked in that hotel for five nights. Very poor customer care!
