Pros:

Teilweise sehr gefälliges Design, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

- Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch und Lufterfrischer, aber man wollte mit kein anderes Zimmer anbieten („leider ausgebucht“). Gleichzeitig wurden aber weiter Zimmer anderer Klassen auf Booking angeboten.
- Balkon ja, aber mit Blick auf Autobahn und Busbahnhof. Schlafen nur mit geschlossener Balkontür möglich.

Perfectly located, comfortable, simple luxury.
Pros:

It was slightly out of the crowds, but very centrally located. It had everything you needed, including a beautiful pool. The rooms are small, but it was so clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice, but not as warm and friendly as I found throughout other places in Sicily.

Cons:

The laundry trucks outside the property at 4.30am collecting laundry, rolling the trolleys around.

Tolles Hotel, super Lage und ausgezeichnetes Personal
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier geliebt!
Zunächst bekamen wir ein gratis Upgrade für ein Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und die Bar hat wohl einen der besten Ausblicke auf Taormina - wundervoll.
Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet - jegliche Torten, Backwaren etc frisch und von der eigenen Bäckerin vor Ort vorbereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
Alles super, wir kommen wieder!

Pros:

Personalet var virkelig søde og morgenmaden var rigtig fin! Stort udvalg (særligt på kage) og sødt personale ved morgenmaden også :) Hotellet ligger fint og udsigten er dejlig - det går lidt op ad en bakke nede fra byen.
Fungerer rigtig godt at man bare kan sætte bilen foran hotellet og så bliver den parkeret for en i en nærliggende parkering, da Taormina kan være tricky at køre i. Man betaler dog også for det, det er dyrt pr. døgn.

Cons:

Der var MEGET lydt. Vi vågnede stort set kl 5 hver morgen, enten pga. larm fra gaden (det kan hotellet ikke gøre for), men også fordi vi kunne høre naboerne - kunne høre snorken, snakken, når telefonen ringede osv. Det var meget lydt!
Sidste dag var poolen lukket pga. renovering - det ville være meget skuffende, hvis man ønskede at bruge den.
Hotellets ydre ser mere fancy ud end vores oplevelse af det indre var. Vi havde en følelse af at have betalt alt for meget ift. hvad vi fik for pengene.

Bellissimo albergo in un posto incantevole
Pros:

L’albergo è perfetto per una vacanza a Taormina. Pur essendo molto centrale non sta in mezzo alla movida e offre una vista stupenda sul mare. La camera era molto bella e curatissima. Lo staff era dotato di una grande professionalità e gentilissimo. Ci torneremo!

Despite all its good aspects, the hotel was a slight disappointment
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel was its central location. A shop and a pizzeria that stays open late were “just around the corner,” as was the town center.
Our room was a renovated sea-view room on the fourth floor with a balcony. The view was beautiful. The mattresses were excellent for sleeping.
The staff were very service-minded.

Our room was a renovated sea-view room on the fourth floor with a balcony. In this case, the saying “be careful what you wish for, because you might get it” applies—the balcony really is very high, and someone with a fear of heights might not feel comfortable going out there.
The room was small and really only suitable for sleeping.
Cleaning could have been better. We found candy wrappers from previous guests on the floor, and dust accumulated in the corners during the week. The bed sheets were not changed even once during the week, although there would have been reason to do so. We only realized on the last day of our stay that we were supposed to request a sheet change ourselves. We also had to stock up a bit on toilet paper.
If you enjoy hotel breakfasts, this might not be the place for you—unless you specifically want sweet pastries. To our disappointment, the breakfast was really poor: dry bread (you could toast it though), eggs that seemed to have been boiled a couple of days earlier, thick and dry bacon… the salami was sometimes already gray in color and tasted spoiled. We have had much, much better breakfasts in three-star hotels. We expected something better from a four-star hotel. We spent a week here, and the breakfast experience was the same day after day.

Tolle Aussicht und gepflegt aber Preis und Leitung passen nicht zusammen!
Pros:

Super freundliches Personal; sehr saubere und gepflegte Anlage; unglaublich schöne Aussicht auf die Küste vom Balkonzimmer, Restaurant und Pool; sehr guter aber teurer Parkservice für das Fahrzeug; Personal sehr Hilfsbereit bei der Umbuchung von Standard auf Balkonzimmer.

Cons:

Standardzimmer war zwar renoviert lag aber mit dem Fenster oberhalb der Mülltonnen… permanente Geräuschkulisse und für 200€/Tag viel zu teuer.
Balkonzimmer war klein und ein wenig altbacken (nicht renoviert); Für 250€/Tag zu teuer.
Alle Zimmer extrem Hellhörig… man hört absolut alles von seinen Nachbarn.
Frühstück war jeden Tag gleich und von mittlerer Qualität.
Pool war nur an einem Tag nutzbar… die weiteren Tage gesperrt…
