It was not bad.
Pros:

Staff are great and location is good.

Cons:

Shower was not clean and first room we were shown was not clean - we requested a change. Staff were very nice about it.

Big rooms and clean. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Soundproofing was not very good - the room above was noisy. They also checked us in over an hour late because the room wasn’t ready.

Maravilloso hotel
Pros:

Hotel maravilloso muy bien ubicado. La vista de nuestra habitación hacia el mar era espectacular. El hotel es limpio, nuevo, moderno y la habitación muy cómoda. Tiene un sector con piscina muy acogedor y está a 5 minutos caminando de la calle principal de Taormina. Excelente desayuno, muy rico y variado. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!

Beautiful views of Taormina
Pros:

Great location only a short walk into the main strip of Taormina which made it great for exploring and dinner time. I would highly recommend booking a deluxe room with the balcony view as that is one of the biggest draw cards of the hotel. Staff were all really friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was a decent spread.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small, even with the deluxe room with a balcony there wasn’t a lot of space for luggage and the ability to walk around once these were open on the ground. No smart TV capability which we would have expected at a 4 star hotel to have during downtime.

Posizione abbastanza centrale su Taormina, la struttura è meravigliosa e ha una vista bellissima. Tutti i servizi ottimi. In particolare vogliamo ringraziare la cameriera Nancy, gentile, professionale, dolce e disponibile! Lei è stata la ciliegina sulla torta di tutta l'esperienza, ancora grazie!

Pros:

Lo mejor del alojamiento Mohammed. Después de un largo viaje y varios problemas por el camino nos recibió de madrugada y consiguió que nuestro día cambiase por completo. MUCHAS GRACIAS MOHAMMED.
Todo el personal ha sido de 10 desde los recepcionistas a los camareros. Opciones sin gluten en el desayuno, muy completo y bueno. Las habitaciones muy bonitas. La piscina genial. El tema del parking está genial: les dejas el coche y te lo aparcan y después te lo traen de vuelta (tiene un precio).

השהייה הייתה נוחה בעיקר בשל המיקום
Pros:

המיקום מעולה ואנשי צוות חיוביים מאוד. ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד.

Cons:

המיטה הזוגית הינה חיבור של שתי מיטות והמיטה הייתה קצרה לטעמי.רגלי עברו את אורך המיטה ואני בגובה סטנדרטי 1.80 מטר.
