Fun and easy family vacation
Pros:

We love the location, the comfort of how safe we feel . It’s a smaller resort so we feel comfortable let our teens explore .

5 Stars!
Pros:

We frequent this resort for day trips because it’s close to our condo, we love the food, service and vibes.
We had breakfast on the porch and Quinn was our server (her first day) and then headed to the beach bar to listen to the live music!
I was the first to have their new pineapple bowl drink (Pina Colada) and our 5 star server, Avery, was absolutely fabulous! Avery was very busy and was even training a newbie, John!
Even with the crowd, we were treated like VIPs! Found out later that Quinn and Avery are sisters!

Sometimes I think this Resort and beach is the best kept secret!

great hotel
Pros:

always a pleasure staying here. The cleaning staff are the best i've ever seen. Not a crumb or speck of dirt anywhere. We've been here many times and never had a issue and didn't want to complain this time either because the room location was perfect but I noticed the mattress was starting to show some wear, not as comfortable as previous visits. could use to be replaced soon.

The staff goes beyond for their guests!!
Pros:

The front desk Erica, Pam and the only gentleman I can’t remember his name (sorry) were fantastic!! My son’s car was hit by a driver that ran a stop sign in Wildwood the morning we were checking in. His vehicle was not drivable due to bumper hitting the tire. They sent us in the shuttle van with Michael the best shuttle driver ever!! He took my son’s bumper off so that he could drive it to the hotel and the next day back home to Pennsylvania!! Our whole stay was top notch!! We ate at the restaurant and food was great and so was the service. We had drinks at the outdoor bar. Great service there as well. Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent
Pros:

We just came home from a great stay. The rooms were always cleaned well. The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the wait staff at the restaurant. In particular Barbara was so very helpful and friendly! She helped make our stay better with her smile, conversation, and help with anything we asked or needed! She is truly wonderful. Thank you Barbara and everyone at icona.

10/10 Star Bar Experience!
Pros:

Avery was hands-down the best waitress I’ve ever had. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. She somehow managed to be everywhere at once—our drinks were always full, our food came out perfectly, and she anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask.

What really stood out was her positive attitude and energy. Even when the restaurant was busy, Avery stayed calm, professional, and made every table feel like her top priority. She has a natural talent for hospitality and made our experience at ICONA Diamond Beach unforgettable.

If you’re lucky enough to have Avery as your server, you’re in for an amazing experience. She is the definition of excellent customer service and is a huge asset to ICONA. We will absolutely be back and will be asking for Avery every time!

Pros:

The location was perfect, i love that they provide lounge chairs right on the beach. Our kids loved the pool. I have back issues and I am very picky about my bed.When I stay at hotels or airbnbs, these were the most comfortable beds i've ever had that were not my own. The kitchenette was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great wedding guest stay !
Pros:

I had a great trip. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Location is perfect. I have to thank Sue- front desk manager as she was exceptional in dealing with any concerns or wishes I had while staying. Couldn’t have been nicer. I have to say that every staff member I saw- Ckeaning, bartending, valet, etc. All had a smile on their faces! Not always the case in New Jersey.

An 11/10 Wedding Weekend
Pros:

We just recently had our wedding at ICONA and I can't say enough wonderful things. Our coordinators, Phil and Bree, really went above and beyond to make our day and our experience so special. Everyone on staff and around the property was so friendly and accommodating as well. A special shoutout and thank you to Emily and Colleen at the front desk, and our bartenders Lou and Anna - they were beyond amazing. From the food, to the resort itself, the rooms, and everything in between, we had an 11/10 experience, and all of our guests all said the same! We can't wait to come back on our anniversary and celebrate!!
