The best experience
Pros:

Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I've never seen a waitress with so much heart and go completely above and beyond for their customers. Emma is an absolute asset to ICONA diamond beach.

I came to Icona in Wildwood Crest for a little getaway, and I’m so glad I did! I work at Cooperative Care, which is local, so sometimes it feels really good to get away and feel like I’m truly out of town. Being all the way down in Wildwood Crest gives you that perfect escape.
From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out, the service was absolutely amazing. Stephano greeted us when we first arrived, and he was so welcoming and friendly. It really set the tone for the whole experience.
Our waitress, Shy, was fantastic! She was extremely attentive, on top of everything, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire visit. You could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience.
Shoutout to Stephano and Shy for making our visit so enjoyable! This is exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back. Sometimes you just need to get away, and Icona in Wildwood Crest gave us that feeling — great atmosphere, great people, and truly exceptional service. ❤️

Best wedding venue!
Pros:

My husband and I got married at Icona Diamond Beach on 7/24/26. From the moment we met Phil and toured last summer, we knew we found our wedding venue.

If you are looking for a venue with absolutely stunning views, extremely helpful and hands on staff, and delicious food and cocktails, you have found the right place!

We had our ceremony on the beach, cocktail hour at the beach bar and tent, and reception in the ballroom. We also had our after party at the beach bar, farewell brunch in the ballroom, and our room block at both Icona and Mahalo.

We truly had the time of our lives and felt so present and in the moment throughout our wedding weekend. Phil, Bree, and their fabulous team set up all of our decor for us and made sure every detail was covered. Phil even drove us down the beach so we could fit in golden hour photos during our reception! We never waited for an answer to a question, and no request was too big.
Mary, who handles the room blocks, was onsite day of and assisted us in the bridal suite all day long - she made sure we had water, coffee, and even brought us champagne and orange juice. Riley planned our farewell brunch and was so easy to work with!

Being in the wedding and hotel industry myself, it was important to me to find a venue where I knew everything would be handled and I wouldn't have to worry about a thing. I found that at Icona Diamond Beach.

I cannot recommend Icona enough and my husband & I hope we are able to attend a wedding as guests here in the future!
Do not look any further - this is the best venue at the Jersey shore!!

Best of The Shore
Pros:

We got married at Icona Diamond Beach, and it was a dream come true. The staff, the servers, everyone we encountered was kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The views and various venue options are all fantastic, and all of our guests had a great time. The rooms are nicely sized with balconies at every room. The shuttle is a wonderful amenity and the Star Beach bar is a great way to end the night. Highly recommended!

We had dinner with our 2 young kids at Coastal Blue Restaurant and it was great- Aiden was our server and he was fantastic. Very attentive, friendly, and made us feel super welcome.

Pros:

I love the staff and love that they put out umbrellas and chairs for people. they could be cleaner, but towels overtop fix that and they are so nice about setting them up that it doesn't matter to me.

Cons:

better signage on how to get to the pool.

Pros:

My daughter just recently got married at Icona Diamond Beach. I don't even know where to begin. I can't even find the words to say how amazing EVERYTHING was from the first tour to the morning after. Phil and Bree and their staff did everything and so much more to make sure it was the perfect day. They had everything organized and under control down to the last detail! Our wedding was in the Grand tent on the beach and they made sure outsiders didn't intrude. Everything was beautiful! They accommodated everything we asked for, setting everything up perfectly the way we visioned....the patience..... I could go on for days. The Spalon and Aloha Rooms are a great add on option, and beautifully maintained! My dad is 74, has been to many, many weddings including mine....and he has repeatedly said it is the best wedding he has ever been to! Phil and Bree are extremely organized and a well oiled machine! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious! I could go on for days. They truly made this the best day of all of our lives!

Fun and easy family vacation
