Pros:

The location was perfect, i love that they provide lounge chairs right on the beach. Our kids loved the pool. I have back issues and I am very picky about my bed.When I stay at hotels or airbnbs, these were the most comfortable beds i've ever had that were not my own. The kitchenette was perfect. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great wedding guest stay !
Pros:

I had a great trip. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Location is perfect. I have to thank Sue- front desk manager as she was exceptional in dealing with any concerns or wishes I had while staying. Couldn’t have been nicer. I have to say that every staff member I saw- Ckeaning, bartending, valet, etc. All had a smile on their faces! Not always the case in New Jersey.

An 11/10 Wedding Weekend
Pros:

We just recently had our wedding at ICONA and I can't say enough wonderful things. Our coordinators, Phil and Bree, really went above and beyond to make our day and our experience so special. Everyone on staff and around the property was so friendly and accommodating as well. A special shoutout and thank you to Emily and Colleen at the front desk, and our bartenders Lou and Anna - they were beyond amazing. From the food, to the resort itself, the rooms, and everything in between, we had an 11/10 experience, and all of our guests all said the same! We can't wait to come back on our anniversary and celebrate!!

Wonderful Long Girls Weekend
Pros:

My sister and I had such a great time this past weekend. We took some time to get away and fill up our cups before heading back home to our families. The entire staff from the front desk, to the valet, to the cleaning crew, servers, beach attendants, etc, were warm and pleasant and worked hard to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to request a later checkout without an issue. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well equipped for our stay with extra dishes and a little kitchenette which was great for our needs. The restaurant was delicious and breakfast being served until 2pm was such a nice and unexpected surprise - we were able to run out for coffees and have a leisurely morning before heading down for a really great meal. The private beach can’t be beat. The location is the perfect mix between being close enough to the action of Wildwood and Cape May but far enough away to allow for some peace and quiet. We’re already looking forward to our next trip back!

Excellent Hotel and Staff
Pros:

The Diamond Beach Icona was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was bright and airy with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, definitely worth the price. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk team, shuttle driver, restaurant manager, servers, bartender, maintenance man and maids were exceptional.

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel mit überdurchschnittlich freundlichem Personal. Frühstück sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Strand war in der Nebensaison einfach toll, Liegen, Schirme und Handtücher werden gestellt. Es gibt außerdem einen extrem flexiblen Shuttle zum Boardwalk. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit gemütlichen Betten, Meerblick und Balkon waren herrlich.

Best and friendliest Beach Resort Hotel!
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Icona Beach Hotel. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Barbara, Sue and Ian. We had an unforgettable, pleasant time and will come back for sure. Let me also point out that the rooms were super clean and the beds comfortable. The view of the beach was stunning and we enjoyed our walks on the beach. Icona Beach Hotel is located directly at the super wide beach and next time we will try the nice beach bar for sure! We definitely highly recommend this place!

Fabulous Wedding Weekend
Pros:

We attended a family wedding weekend here and the experience was superb!! Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. The food at the cafe is also great! The rooms are really well laid out and the full kitchenette, including stovetop, is a plus and not something you find at other places. Highly recommend!

Mini vacation
Pros:

My boyfriend and I stayed at your beautiful hotel recently. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans and stayed a few extra nights. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.. Sue at the front desk, our housekeeper (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) and the bartenders (Anna and Joe). We had the best vacation. We actually booked another night for this week!! Keep up the good work. I don’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with such wonderful customer service (and I travel a lot as a corporate flight attendant). Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Anniversary trip
Pros:

The facility was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable.Thank you to Earl he is a top notch employee he made my experience much better. The only complaint I have is the state of the art fitness center. I understand the room is a little small,but to not even have a folding bench to use with the dumbells,makes that room unusable for any kind of workout except cardio.
