Enjoyed our stay, great location for the reason for the our visit

Room was very clean
Staff welcoming, friendly and helpful
Breakfast was lovely, nice choices.
Location of restaurant was great, loved the glass all around, made it very light
Hotel grounds well kept, and good parking facilities

Cons:

Would be great to have additional lighting in the rooms to make them brighter. Lamps are already in place for subtle lighting, but would be improved with brighter rooms

Het was een grote kamer met grote douche.
Een heel goeie ontbijt met veel keuze.

Cons:

We kregen de kamer niet opgewarmd het was koud in de kamer... ondanks we temperatuur verhoogden.

Eerder tegenvaller tov vorige keren. Zonder remediëring niet voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Vriendelijk onthaal en zeer vriendelijk personeel in de brasserie; lekker en verzorgd ontbijt; ook de maaltijd in de brasserie was fijn. De laadstations zijn een pluspunt.

Cons:

Bij aankomst was de kamer verwarmd tot 25 graden, duidelijk veel te veel en onaangenaam als je bij herfstweer binnenkomt. Bovendien was er een erg muffe geur en naar ons oordeel zelfs sigarettenlucht getrokken in de vloerbekleding. De vloer in de bad kamer plakte nog. Het ergste van al: eenmaal je de lichten dooft om te slapen, wordt je geconfronteerd met een ongelooflijk flashlight boven het bed: de vernieuwde branddetectie. Bijzonder onaangenaam, zeker als dat licht ook nog eens reflecteert in de spiegel naast het bed...Dit alles werd al gemeld aan het onthaal bij uitchecken en onze bemerkingen werden zorgvuldig genoteerd.
