It was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced and won't ever go back there.
Pros:

I liked the size of the room.

Cons:

I didn't like the front dest staff, he was very rude. And the people in the room next door to me were banging on the walls very loudly. I was disappointed and I left the hotel and requested my full refund. It was the worst hotel experience for me and I will never go back to this hotel.

Location holes in wall of room no blankets just sheets heater blew cold air did not get a receipt no service at front desk when bell was wrung microwave through fits no coffee in lobby no free breakfast like advertised no one at front desk just a sign saying back in 5 min after hour of waiting we gave up no maid service we were there for 2 nights only because we allready payed for room and no one would come to desk to cancel

Worst hotel i ever stayed in. It was falling apart. Hole in sheet, wall paper peeling, black moldy spots on tub, broken door hook in bathroom, ice maker not working , soiled spot on towel Checked out a day early because of pending blizzard. Waiting on day refund.

It was right off the highway

Cons:

Staffing,cleanliness, it snowed and the plow truck completely plowed in all vehicles. I had to go to the front desk and wait 10 min to ask them if they had a shovel so I could shovel out my car which took about a half hour. I had to shovel out an area on the entrance way because my husband is on crutches and didn’t want him to fall. Hotel staff was not cleaning up any of the snow. As a paying customer I should NOT have to shovel anywhere especially the front entrance.

Ask about breakfast they said no breakfast
If we knew that would have booked somewhere else
Also there are no smoking sign but from the elevator hallway and room smells of smoke.
