Took too long to check in, room was gross, ac was broken

The breakfast was great but thought, could have had a lil more to choose from

The floors were dirty. The “smoking area”, was behind our window but there was a man who left the door open with a stick and was smoking just outside the door without a t-shirt on. The had a breakfast but when we got there at 7am there was nothing left. The guy who checked us in had really bad BO. There was also a $100 deposit for the room. Which I didn’t know about. If you used your card you got it back in 5 days, if you used cash you got it back once you checked out.

The building outside of our room had no a/c and was very hot. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (and we aren't picky- free is free) and we found ourselves eating it in our car with the A/C on to stop sweating. We had no wash cloths in our room and couldn't seem to find someone who might have access. Our tv didn't work; we noticed late our first night and were told maintenance would come in the morning. Reasonable enough, but they never came and when we returned earlier the next evening, we were told it couldn't be fixed and our option was to change rooms. Since we were leaving the next morning we stayed put, but tv is my favorite hotel comfort and it was disappointing. Overall, it almost seemed like the entire premises is had a singular employee on staff at a given time.

The front staff were not very welcoming or friendly. I reserved a room with two queen-size beds and a pullout bed. I was given a room with two queen-size beds. I had to ask to be changed. The room keys did not work. I asked for them to be reset several times. It only worked once. I could not even open the pool door. The pullout bed did not have a sheet, and we did not have blankets or pillows for it in our room. I had to request an extra sheet and a blanket for my son to sleep on the couch.

Pool is outdated.

The cleaning service was bad, no vacuum cleaning, hair on the floor toilet and bath, not clean bathroom. Even mirrow was with spots from toothpaste, handles on doors and switches I had to clean by myself to feel safe...

Room was nasty. Floors dirty, bed had a crusty food stain, sink had hair in it and there was a used pimple patch in the ice bucket. The pool paint was chipping bad and was sticking to our feet. I booked a room for 5 people 2 adult and 3 kids. They refused to give us more than two towels so we had to take a shower then go down to the lobby exchange our to used towels for two clean ones, it was very aggravating. Breakfast was ok but the apple juice, orange juice and water had black stuff floating in it. Overall vad experience and we won't be staying there again.

The bathtub and the face bowl wouldn't empty, the manager was gracious and came and unplugged both of them. The staff was wonderful.

The only thing was you had to walk so far to get ice. That's it.

We only had two sets of towels in our room. When we opened up the sleeper sofa there were crumbs everywhere on it and trash under it. No sheets blankets or pillows for it in the room. Waffle maker wasn't working at breakfast.
