Keine bezahlbaren E-Ladestationen in der Nähe, kein Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, Klappbett, Starhotels waren früher insgesamt besser aber auch doppelt so teuer

Totul a fost la superlativ
hôtel bien placé a proximité de la gare afin de rejoindre Milan ou Côme en une petite heure. Les chambres sont propres, le petit déjeuné est copieux.
Malgré cinq e-mails confirmant la prise en compte de ma demande spécifique lors de la réservation ( chambre calme pour un insomniaque , celle-ci n’a finalement pas été respectée à mon arrivée à l’hôtel. Pour couronner le tout, on me propose une chambre équipée de deux petits lits. Ce que forcement je refuse !
Pour couronner ce week-end, le samedi un groupe de sportifs arrivé en car a investi les lieux sans le moindre respect pour les autres clients. Résultat : une nuit totalement cauchemardesque. Hallucinant ! Étant insomniaque ( la demande spécifique ), cette nuit agitée a été d’autant plus difficile à supporter.
Pourquoi ne pas leur réserver directement une aile dédiée de l’hôtel afin de préserver la tranquillité des autres clients ?
