Pros:

Definitely one of my favorite places to stay! Liza is the most dedicated manager I have ever crossed in any Hilton! All the staff are phenomenal and make you feel like family when you are away from yours!

Pros:

Air conditioning did not work, and because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t refund or comp me anything. The actual AC equipment for hotel was outside our window and was very noisy. I paid extra for breakfast, the buffet was mostly empty and what was there was overcooked. They were to have some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and then typical bagels/bread and cereal - which they did still have. The room was very spacious and clean. We happened to be in the accessible room - however it was difficult to open and close entrance and bathroom doors.

Great renovated room! Nice location. Will stay again! Jonelle for breakfast was stellar!

Really nice renovated rooms(I believe still in progress). Our king junior suite was HUGE and nicely appointed!

Our server for breakfast (Jonelle I believe) was so kind and friendly.

We will stay again (room 316). Perfect! Nice and close to the freeway and shipshewana.
