Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Номер чистый, уютный, всё соответствовало описанию и фотографиям. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый, всегда готовы помочь. Уборка регулярная, постель и полотенца свежие. Расположение удобное — рядом всё необходимое. Атмосфера спокойная и комфортная, отдых получился отличным. Обязательно вернёмся ещё и будем рекомендовать этот отель.

Cons:

Минусов нет. Все понравилось)

Pros:

Поки проживали в готелі, світло завжди було. Також гаряча водичка порадувала. В номері тепло. Персонал дуже привітний. Дякуємо.

Все отлично. Не смотря на обстановку в городе персонал на позитиве). Дали выбрать номер. Выбрал на 3ем этаже. Там же кафе. Есть отдельное помещение для курения. Скромно но чисто...

Cons:

Не помешал бы косметический ремонт.

Pros:

Сподобалось розташування готелю. Все у хвилин ній доступності. На територія є кафе. Доречі такого борщу давно не коштували. Дуже задоволені розміщенням. Номер теплий і чистий. Дякуємо за гостинність. Ще будемо бронювати

Cons:

Дуже жаль що в країні комендантська година. Хотілось погуляти по місту вночі.

Pros:

Номер старенький, но чисто и тепло. Когда я был даже свет не выключили это очень порадовало. В кафе очень вкусно и доступно. Для командировки самое то. Планирую приехать ещё. Спасибо всему персоналу.

В комнате стоял нерабочий вентилятор, в «невидимых» местах было грязно, не открывались окна, обещанная микроволновка была под ключом, неудобно постоянно просить чтоб открыли
